Excellent Selection of wines, excellent quality wines, excellent service, and they 'walk the talk' (only one occasion I had to replace a wine - corked - and they did so, as promised, without hesitation - impressive!)

Very happy with the wines that are chosen for us. Have to say that we weren't great fans of the international wines that we were sent but Australian wines can be hard to beat .

Have used Laithwaites since November last year on recommendation from friends. Good range of product to suit all tastes and pocket. We are enjoying the latest Halliday Reds + SA Reds, and they are superb. Delivery at present is a bit slow, mainly due to freight difficulties related to Covid 19, but usually very quick. Highly recommended.

Excellent marketing program which is delivered well in emails with plenty of information. Excellent selection of wine from smaller Australian vineyards and overseas wineries. Good prices and delivery is well organised.

All wines that I have had have been very good, some better than others but overall good and no "duds".
Negotiating the check out caused me some problems and not as good as some other sites.

I recently ordered a bulk offer but only 1 dozen arrived instead of the two. It only took an email and the error is being fixed immediately and I am expecting the second dozen any day.

Laithwaites red wines have always been consistently great! Not just good but really, really great! Their pricing is very low for the type of magnificent wines e we are delivered. So we buy more!

Very good wines at very reasonable prices including one of my favorites (Caravan Petite Sirah) which drinks a lot better than the price (circa $15). Have been purchasing from Laithwaites for several years and my experience with them have always been positive.

The ordering process is efficient and there is a good selection of reasonable quality and priced wines. Delivery time of a bit over a week to WA which is as good as most other wine merchants.

Glad to be re-united with Laithwaite wines, whom I used in the UK from the early 1970s until migrating. They give excellent service, though delivery is a little slow for country Queensland, since Fastway linked up with Aramet, who only deliver on fixed days. Well worth the wait though!

Delivery delays from NSW to Perth is a worry, when arrival time is crucial. I recently had delivery that took more than 14 days. Wine was to be prizes, and could not be awarded - too late.

Seems to be listing more and more unheard of brands and prices are not always competitive. Occasionally there are some great bargains on well known brands, particularly when they offer discount vouchers.

Easy ordering and quick delivery. Always delicious wines. Appreciate the extra gifts of free bottles or glasses! No need to go to the bottle shop in these crazy uncertain times!

Only just starting using them, some of the wines in the mixed dozens are real gems, quick delivery, a real find. Will look at some of the wines for future purchase

Some of the wines are a bit ordinary, often quite young, and probably overpriced. However, there are some good value wines, although when deliver charges are added the value diminishes. I have been using Laithwaites for a number of years, but I am seriously considering continuing as I am in my late 70s, and can no longer consume wines in the volumes I did in my younger days.
