I can't comment as I have not yet received the delivery, can I say more, probably but not with out some aggressive language,which would not be accepted nor would i like to convey it as I have had good service in the past.

In five years I have never been disappointed. My “wine advisor Joey” knows which wines to look out for me and which are my favourites. The only area that could be improved would be delivery, with having to wait over two weeks on a couple of occasions. This however is only a minor inconvenience for top class wine.

We've been impressed with the content management on the website, the account management, the speed of delivery, and of course the wine selection - which combines interesting wines with good value.

I was aware I took up a promotional offer and this would lead to further offers at an increase in price! The selection provided was about half normal retail cost & a nice selection of reds & regions - I could not complain & I liked all I tasted.

I've had a few shiraz only boxes and they have all been good wines for the price. Delivery has always been very quick and easy. Sometimes receive a nice surprise of a bonus gift e.g. wine cooler bag, wine glasses. It's great always having a few bottles at hand in case of unexpected occasions

Cellarmasters and First Choice have the best wines like Coonawarra, Margaret River or Malbrough but The Black Pig is a very nice wine. Thank you for being for delivering fast.

Three bottles of were off, cloudy and halfway to vinegar very disappointing seeing we ordered a mixed dozen and 6 bottles of Heirloom Pinot Noir. Seem like these wines were dragged around the country for a while and exposed to temperatures higher than recommended.

I have only bought the boxed sets. Only a couple of bottles I have been disappointed with or not liked and they were European. I have enjoyed all the Aussie whites I have received. Easy process, delivered to your door.

Good Wines are wonderful value brilliantly tastefully fantastic fantastically delightful.Perfect in every way.The wines dance on your tongue.The wines are definitely delicious.The wines are pictured well online excellent lovely gorgeous.

I have been buying wine as a phone order from virgin for many years, the order is always correct and the service always good.. I enjoy the wines that are offered and the chance to taste new wines. Martin kluen is an excellent adviser and mixes cases for me. I like the idea of a case of wine with different labels at $10 a bottle, new brands, new tastes

Whatever I buy from Virgin Wines, I'm never disappointed. Red, white, rose, it's all good. Well priced and delivered quickly, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. The packaged delivery price makes it even better.

I used the $100 discount card for the first purchase and haven’t looked back. Every 3 months I receive delivery with no issues. The ability to set the mix is great and the seasonal offers are great value. Earn Velocity points too. Now the wine is excellent with amazing labels like Black Pig and Bentwing.

Sadly the courier you use doesn’t deliver to my home..... means I have to drive to collect which with my hours can be inconvenient. I would love doorstep delivery. Thanks

Good variety of wine that is reasonably priced. Previous orders haven't disappointed and what I've tried from the current order has been very good. The ordering and delivery process is well organised.

The white wines are fine but the reds for me are undrinkable. I don’t like that they are advertised as these wines retail at x price but you can get them for y price... it’s misleading.. mostly cheap fillers
