No you do not have to buy every month
Just buy what you need and when you need it

Hi Neil,
You do not have to buy every month if you do not want to. You can purchase one-time offers, or introductory cases to our wine plan memberships. But even when on these plans, if you feel that it's not working out for you, you can cancel out whenever you like. There's no membership fees, or tie-ins. All you have to do is let us know.

To who it may concern.
Just letting you know that firstly your wines are rubbish and secondly I don’t appreciate your signing me up to a membership without my consent for future deliveries. There is NO where on your website to cancel or delete the account. I have to waste my time by calling to cancel? Wow? I will be forwarding a complaint to the ACCC for deceptive conduct as I have never experienced such absolute FRAUD in my 35 years of running business in Australia.

Go to https://www.virgin.wines.com.au
I think for that you have to sign up to the discovery club, and then there will be a voucher redemption section. You will have a minimum spend though, I think it will be $100.
See the back of voucher if you get stuck, there should be details with the links..

How do I cancel discovery club membership? was not aware that I would be automatically signed up for this until this scandal hit the news. In reply’s from you to other complaints/questions it appears to be a copy and paste/computer generated reply. Do not send any more wine or debit my credit card without my consent. Thank you

Hi Sue, firstly my apologies for the delay in the reply, I can see you asked this on the 3rd however I was just alerted to your question this morning. I am sorry to hear you wish to cancel your membership and to hear that you were not aware of the Discovery Club, we do try and make this as clear as possible when you are ordering as we certainly don’t ever want our customers to receive wine that they were not aware of. You can cancel the Discovery Club a number of ways, you can call one of our friendly staff on 1300 712 870, you can e-mail us on [email protected] or you can write me a private message with your e-mail address, surname and postcode and I can sort it all out for you. Lastly, I can assure you I am a real person! We tailor every reply to our customers comments based on the feedback they are giving us. I do hope this helps and we look forward to hearing from you. Why as at 27th July, 2017, after many many complaints is Virgin still promoting this so called offer which is not available? Voucher code 2317001.

Hi LFALCO, I have been able to place an order using that voucher code and it does not appear that the offer has expired. Everything looks OK from our end but I can appreciate that this isn't your experience so know that we need to investigate further. Please can you try again by visiting www.virginwines.com.au/2317001, you should be able to redeem your voucher there. If you're still experiencing problems or would just like us to process the order for you over the phone please e-mail us at [email protected], with your telephone number and I will be happy to give you a call to fix this. Let me know if you send an e-mail and I will jump right onto it. I think that it might be easier to fix this by having a chat over the phone but don't want to cause you any further inconvenience so happy to deal with this in whichever way is best for you
