Virgin Wines have introduced me to some lovely wines. Some of have been put on my "buy again" list. The price and quality of the wines make them very good value.
The service from the Virgin people I have spoken to, the website, and the delivery people have all been excellent.

Change your delivery method fastway is a poor performing delivery service I have to go to the depot every time I have been home waiting and they still cannot drop off the parcel how about a text message morning of delivery with approximate time

Wine was automatically sent without approval auto debit without approval. We did not approve the additional purchase and the choice of wine was not to our liking. Why did this happen?

The Virgin wines are excellent value for money. Rich flavours and at a price anyone can afford - and much cheaper than bottle shops and restaurants. Perfect for BYO dining out. And delivery to your door makes for no fuss enjoyment.

Since signing up with Virgin Wines, and having placed an order, my inbox has been flooded with emails from them. This is extremely off-putting, to the extent that I eventually decided to unsubscribe. Unfortunately, despite this, I still receive emails with offers, specials. If you are thinking of using this service, this is something you be aware of.

Sent deliveries without havings a choice or ability to change order. also failed to provide notification as advertised. Initial sign up points bonus offer still not forthcoming 3 x months later!

Wine arrived in a timely manner and was delivered to where I asked it to be put. Would like to have more choice in the bundles that you offer. I ordered a mixed red and a mixed white and they are good hever I would love to see for example a doznd mixed Pinot and Shiraz or with the whiites a mixture of lighter whites compared to the heavier whites.
