The wines are always a good variety and most enjoyable to drink. The service from the staff is always pleasant and informative. The delivery is never a problem and within the timeframe they specify.

I’ve been buying my red wine from Laithwaites for a few years now, and selection, service & delivery have been terrific. Mostly, I’m a Wine Club customer, but have bought plenty of cases in between. Can’t fault them!

They choose good wine for you and it is delivered to your door with minimum fuss and at a good price.

Not competitive enough for delivery fees - Instead of using Aust Post, an Agency or Depot or Wine Shop in Perth where one could pick up one's order
and reduce delivery costs.

The wine is very fine and some of the best in Australia. Plus delivering is very good and the Post is very fast. Plus the wine comes from all over Australia to which is very good.

Could be more high quality options and maybe 6 packs delivered free if more than $150. Buying an expensive dozen without being able to taste can be daunting.
Some of the mixed dozens are not necessarily of similar quality and/or style.

I am always happy with all the wines I have purchased over the years.I have no complaints, just with the delivery, maybe needs to be more pro active rather than wait for something to go wrong.

The second time on time, then I ordered some for my brother in Adelaide for a present for Easter I could not even track-this Delivery I contacted supplier and they to had trouble tracking my order still waiting now Easter Saturday I will not be using this company again

Laithwaites is such a well-run business. Helpful & friendly over the phone, prompt with delivery, especially as I live in regional NSW, & most importantly, keep you informed at every stage of the buying process (eg: sales invoice, dispatch, arrival date) On one occasion where the prosecco I ordered was a bit under fizzy, they apologised & without hestitation they offered &sent me replacement bottles of another, more expensive wine that they saw I had ordered on a previous occasion. Courteous, knowledgeable service is very valuable & not that common mostly.

Some quality reds in the $18-20 price range.Quick delivery and helpful staff on the phone.With happy hour getting earlier by the day I am more than happy with their service.

Since the last review I completed I have lowered my opinion of Laithwaites because I feel the company's marketing has become 'messy', busy and complicated for certain purchasers. It is also unclear as to how the Velocity reward addition 'works' and I do not feel confident my rewards are always added. Yes, I can check my Velocity rewards myself but I should not have to do this. It appears to me that in a carton of, for example, 12 reds, approximately 4 are of a reasonable quality, very enjoyable and 8 are very new and not very enjoyable. I think there are too many wines to choose from and often I shut my computer and go to a liquor store.

Every bottle has been great Perfect wine and perfect service I have introduced a neighbour who can’t believe the quality either for the price will definitely keep on buying just love the mixes

Fantastic opportunity to try new wines that I might not have otherwise. The convenience of home delivery is great particularly for self isolating, but also during normal circumstances when you might be time poor.

I have been a customer for several years now. I have never had a bottle that I didn't enjoy. Service is efficient and helpful. Highly recommend this company to you.

Generally good value. I don't buy for immediate consumption so do not follow up on the return policy. I did buy one mystery case and thought the contents were overpriced

Great value wines and particularly convenient to order online from your home. Especially in this difficult time when we are self isolating. Would recommend. I will continue to use the service. Door to door is the only way to go.
