Can't live without this product
Dymatize protein is such a great product not only can you use it for everyday drinking it's perfect for smoothies and does a great job at making protein balls. Never go a day without using it.

Best tasting protein powder IMO
I've been using Dymatize products on and off for a few years now and really like them. What I believe was once a small brand (had to order online) is now in most shops and even pharmacies in Thailand when I visited.
It isn't easy monitoring the effects of protein powder as you can never run a side by side comparison while not taking it! With that said, science confirms that taking protein powder does increase gains and so as a user (especially at amateur/hobby level) you could argue that what works best for you is usually what tastes best. ...Read more
What I will say about the Dymatize Elite is that while I personally have tasted better when mixed with water - I find the Cookies and Cream flavor to taste insane with milk - as it is just like a milkshake and doesn't have that traditional protein powder taste. This is largely due to how easy it breaks down when mixed with liquid. In the past I've had to use blenders and whisks, or fancy beakers with mini stirrers in - all of which is inconvenient and often a hassle to clean. Elite whey just needs a shake in a standard protein bottle and voila. I've also stuck with this brand as I use and love their ALCAR capsules too and have never experienced any of the more common side effects you get with workout pills and powders which can be gas/flatulence, heartburn, constipation from dehydration, and stomach cramps. With regards to gains, I am no scientist, but I do put on muscle fast when I focus and I believe that to be partly due to this protein powder. One other thing I notice is now I am taking 2 scoops within 15 minutes of waking up, I no longer feel the need for coffee - or even breakfast first thing. A big plus IMO.Similar opinion? taste really bad
I believe in the quality of this product, but the taste is really bad, very artificial, with about the same price you can buy Gold Standard which taste much better
