Would not recommend.
I bought a scooter from eride solutions and it came in very faulty with lots of issues, I requested to return it and they refused and then proceeded to charge me to ship it back to them for repairs even though it was their fault they sold me a faulty scooter (shipping was also $80). Do not buy from this place.
No after purchase support
I was refused to provide any warranty support. and my phone was hung up despite of me being considerate throughout the time and never used any foul language. Do not purchase if you think you need to use your warranty and all the customer rights

Once again happy for you drop the scooter off as per our warranty terms for it to be assessed by our supplier. Take care.Update - If they have guts, they can share call my call transcript for customer's satisfaction to show that I said anything abusive, I provide full concent for that purposes.

I'm sorry it took our supplier so long to fix your scooter. Times are tough at present, there's so many people sick with covid and most companies have been closed or running on skeleton crews....
