Its a decent mattress. Slightly soft and needs a strong base like pallets.
Its holding up pretty but could be made sightly firmer.
I don't remember having firmness options when i bought it.

Excellent product. Mattress is very hot and doesn't breathe well at all. Definitely noticeably warmer than a springed mattress.

Great mattress, very comfy, good value for money. Sent fast and well packaged. Guests have said how well they have slept.

The mattress has been very supportive and was very comfortable right from the start,however its slowness in returning to normal shape is making it less comfortable lately.

Took a few days to get use to firmness from a horrible spring mattress. I will never go back ! Due to back issues and illnesses I now sleep like a baby in comfort. The firmness actually lightly cracks my back and relieves some pain. Best investment ever.

This mattress has been an excellent purchase, my partner is not a fan of firm mattresses so it took some getting used to, but we both love it! His back problems have also stopped since we got it. It is firm but extremely comfortable, sleep is undisturbed and the gel layer helps keep the bed from getting stuffy. Delivery was sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address, but it was super easy to set up and more affordable than any other decent mattress we tried. Overall very happy with this purchase, would recommend.

First of all; Delivery on the time by friendly service and help, product packed to perfection. That alone made me smile for long time. First night on my ECOSA has been beyond my expectation and ever since we are sleeping comfortably without disturbing each other when getting up or turning when restless as we are both seniors. If anything accidentally happened to it I will purchase the same one again. Thank YOU ALL at ECOSA.

June 12th 2017 Update: The best purchase I made in years

If it was me talking about : my partner unfortunately enough undergoes a cancer treatment thinks that he " never slept in bed so comfortable", and if need to be he would go no further.

I had this mattress for three months and every night is a bless. I sleep so well and my sleeping problem is slowly improving, I stopped waking up in the middle of the night, no more tossing and turning.

This simply is the best mattress I ever had . Very comfortable, easy to look after, firm but not too hard . the service this company provide is also excellent.

Needed a new mattress and I have a bad back. My son suggested Ecosa, this one is very comfortable, medium firmness, I have never had a latex/foam mattress before, and there is no need for extra blankets as you never feel cold in this bed. Cannot fault it and my son has now purchased one as well. Highly recommend giving one a go as there is good warranty and money back guarantee if you are not happy.
