We saw Ecostar at the homeshow in August 2022.
We ordered almost every window in two houses from Jared in August 2022. They were installed 17-18th of December.

We love them. We love the look of them. You would have to be pretty hard to please if you didn't like them.

It has dulled the noise. No two ways about it it has definitely helped with the noise. Our daughter and her partner has told us they really like it in their home. Definitely improves things.

Absolutely awesome installers. They were fantastic. Fantastic. Hard workers. Ollie was from Norwich, I think Steve was another one.

We ordered in April 2018 and they were installed around September. We ordered 19 windows and doors.

The windows are excellent from a thermal perspective. In summer and winter.

The installation team was excellent. John, Nathan and a youngish guy from New Zealand. First rate.

Nathan did our survey who did a good job.

It has cut down on noise. Traffic noise is not as pronounced. It doesn't cut out everything, but reduces it. We get a lot of people stopping and looking now. It adds a quality finish to the house. Adds value to the house. It stands out.

For us getting Ecostar windows in our home was an accident! We stumbled across it. We saw Ecostar at Farmworld in Lardner Park in Warragul.

We wanted to replace our old aluminum windows. I hated the aluminum windows. The panes were coming out of the frames. They were unsafe and 40/45 years old.

We had a quote from Ecostar and we ordered four windows. At the quote we learnt about the uPVC product and the metal inside it. We were a bit shocked at the price, but we liked the no maintenance and the warranty.

We first placed an order with Ecostar in 2015. We ordered the windows at the front which was 5 windows.
We wanted to double glaze because we were freezing. You could walk past the window and you could literally see your breathe. Being from Canada we wanted to be as warm and comfortable here as we are there. Unfortunately they don't build houses here for Melbourne weather. Our kids think it is colder in Melbourne than it is in Canada because you walk into a house in Melbourne and it is cold.

We ordered the windows upstairs and downstairs on the front of the house. We wanted something good and to keep the sun out in summer and the warmth in during winter.
It certainly retains the heat in winter.

We don't need air conditioning in summer anymore. It was 44 degrees the other day and we don't need any air conditioning.

Noise has reduced.
The old windows would rattle in the wind. Stegbar. Now no rattling. Absolutely none. No noise whatsoever.

The look of our Ecostar windows are very nice. They look very European.
We feel like the windows are very secure. Can't compare with what we had before. It was terrible. When we originally built double glazing wasn't in at all and the windows we had were hopeless....Read more

I ordered from Ecostar in the summer of 2018. About a year ago. I got all the bedrooms done, the living room, the balcony door, the hallway, the study and the en suite bathroom. It was 10 or 11 windows.

The existing windows frames were timber and a bit old and rotten. I actually got a quote for the paining of the old windows. I thought that was a waste so I got the windows done and got the painting done afterwards.

It is now much warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

We first ordered double glazed windows from Ecostar in July, 2014 and they were installed in October 2014. We started with our living and dining room, the back door, the living room door, front door and two front windows and the back of the house.

It was fantastic. They did a brilliant job. We didn't have a problem with anything. Not one thing.

We certainly noticed a difference with temperature control and sound insulation. We saw Ecostar at a booth at the Greensborough plaza.

They were definitely overpriced, but I thought maybe their service and products are better than their competitors so went with it even though the price is 50% more than other companies. They are really pushy at the quoting stage, so you really have to be very strong to say no. Once I've put in my deposit it took a month for them to just talk to the body corporate. Then another person came to do measurements and told me because my windows are a bit different he needs to talk to his boss and will get back to me in a couple of weeks. 3 months went...Read more

We wanted to look at double glazing our home for the purpose of heat/energy efficiency and noise reduction and security.

The security aspect has improved. I feel confident in the security and safety aspects.

We recently had hybrid sky rail added to our back yard. The windows have reduced the noise a lot, especially at night when it is quiet.

The installers were really friendly and did an awesome job. They did an awesome job of fitting the windows into a house that is old, and not straight.

We wanted to increase thermal efficiency because it was a freezing cold box in winter.
There has been a big difference. It has been everything we could have hoped for. We were trying to make the house warmer which it has done. It has cut down a lot of the draft. The conductivity through the old aluminum windows was terrible.

We used to get mold on the old windows, which we hoped our new windows would reduce. Which it has. No mold at all now.

We don't get condensation on the inside of the windows any more.
