waste of money! very unhappy
i kknow its warranty finish but only use for couple of times and not even taken 10 print outs in its life.did add new ink but no print outs just papers comming out. try to scan A4 comming in 4 pices when scan the paper! seriously! dont even think about the product

Worst printer I've had in over 20 years!!
Always jamming. Connection drops out. Goes to sleep by itself so you're always having to go and power it up when you need to print. Then wait for it to boot. Average print quality. Runs out of ink quickly and now. All the head-cleaning I can run, doesn't seem to fix the gaps in the printing. Should have just been happy with our previous all-in-one.
