Good concept but the price is ridiculous
I used it over a year ago and was exited and keen to get it going, throughout the process I felt guilty on how much money I spent for very little, the food is good and easy to make but logging on my fitness pal I learnt was very easy and can be done without paying $70 a week. It’s good for people who have no idea where to start but I still think it should be much cheaper. I keep checking if the price has been adjusted by the company but gathering by their social media presence I think they survive on brainwashing new customers, I don’t think they get people who come back it’s very unsustainable.

Shocking customer service
There is very little communication when you first start and the customer service isn't good. They take a while to get back to you and it seems as though it's a huge pain for them. The concept is good, but the foods they recommend in the meal plans were pretty gross. A lot of processed stuff that are low in calories, but not very nutrient dense. If you really need a meal plan i'd suggest going to a qualified nutritionist or dietitian rather than use Equalution. They state their services can help with eating disorders, but again going to someone ...Read more
who's qualified would be a lot more beneficial and safe, especially when you're treated as an inconvenience. My experience was them was awful and I ended up feeling worse about myself and my body as a result. Also as others have mentioned, you can track your own intake via My Fitness Pal and there are heaps of resources online about how to calculate your macros. I'm a big fan of online nutrional coaching and have found success with another company. Equalution just completely missed the mark with me and my needs and I wouldn't recommend their services.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
This diet is realistic and it works!
I started the program over 1 year ago. I only managed to do it for a couple of weeks but I saw huge results while I walked daily to help. Unfortunately, I lost one of my best friends suddenly and I found myself eating away at my emotions. I just started the program again to give it a proper go this time around. I cant wait to lose these extra kgs that I have struggled to lose since I had my daughter. Thank you ladies and thank you for being so sweet and supportive at the time I lost my dearest friend.

So easy to follow and results were amazing!
This program was absolutely incredible both physically and mentally. I learnt so much and built an amazing relationship with food. The food was so good and they were so supportive on the weeks I struggled with sticking to the program. My food requests were almost always included, it was great and my entire family enjoyed it too. Couldn't recommend it more, worth the money!!

Started ok but customer service is terible and ended badly.
I was on the program for months and lost weight costing me $70 per week plus food cost, Their new app is full of problems with bad customer service. I quit the program and have nearly hit my goal tracking on my own. A month later they started taking money from my bank account again. They refunded most but not all of it and now no response from them on it.

Waste of money
Good concept, shame it’s run by robots. You can track macros on a variety of apps that don’t charge $600. Not sure what all the “tribe” talk is about, it’s you, your app and generic responses by customer service people. I genuinely thought you got a check in/diary review and guidance/inspiration from one of the team, not just a weekly app pop up. Hard to understand where the $75 a week is going?!

Disgusting service! Dont waste your money
If I could give this a negative I would! The most disgusting company I’ve ever ever dealt with! Got charged an extra week and then got locked out of all serviced and then was ignored by them when I asked for a refund! They don’t have a review platform on their Facebook so when I posted in the community group they deleted that too. Do not waste your money on this!!! I paid over $700 and got nothing out of this! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

Trust the process.
This is my 2nd time with Equalution. You need to trust the process, track honestly. If you cheat, you are only cheating yourself. They new app if fantastic, while there may still be a few bumps for Android users it's easy to use and everything you need is in one place. Check in, weight, measurements, photos, food tracking, goals, targets, chat, settings etc. The downside is that once off of the plan you can only access your meal plans. You would need to track through another app like My Fitness Pal. The new app is a bit faceless though. While w...Read more
hat it seems is the whole Equalution team are heavy users of social media you have no idea who you are talking to on the App. The food is fantastic, you can opt for specific foods, add you likes and dislikes. They even offer menus for vegan, vegatarian, celiac, pescatarian etc. It's so nice to see an Australian owned and run business grow so rappidly. You do feel there are favourite clients though. Where is everyone else's app cookie box? I have seen so many sucess stories, Jade, Amal & the team are really taking the body transformation word by storm.Similar opinion?
