Not fit for purpose
It can spin 4 socks.
It can't spin 4 socks + 2 t-shirts.
It might spin 4 towels.
It might not spin 4 towels.
You'll spend most of your time going to restart it. At which point you'll start to realise you've restarted it 5+ times and it's used many, many litres of water in the process (as it doesn't start from the beginning of spin cycle but does a little rinse again).
Entirely a waste of money. Should not be sold in Australia where we are protected by consumer law. They're playing a numbers game on people not return it.

This review has been amended to detail a WARNING under POINT # 10:
1. I've owned a front loader, and decided to go back to a top loader. The top loader gives you a much better wash and rinse result. A front loader spins your clothes better than a top loader, but I have found that clothes need a little moisture to fluff up better when drying.
2. This is a basic machine. It has automatic functions that allow for manual adjustment on some functions. The instruction manual gives basic instructions and needs improving. You have to experiment a...Read more
bit on the settings. It has a delay start setting, but I would never use that with my fear of an escape of water episode (burst water pipes etc). 3. It allows for 1 - 3 rinses. 4. Spinning is adequate with no ability to adjust spin speed.2 comments

My taps started spurting when I connected the hoses but from the rim not from the screwed-on hose part. The taps function normally when not connected to the hoses. Can the white filters in the hose ends be removed for cleaning? Do I prise out the black washers to do this? Please help.

Is there a softener only compartment?

It has a white plastic pull out section which has separate compartments for washing powder and softener. It is located close to the top of the bowl.

In relation to your points about the user manual, we're currently in the process of re-jigging this to be more user friendly. We've also recently updated our warranty from 1 year to 2 years so the reference to a 12 month warranty in the user manual is no longer correct. In the unlikely event that you have any issues with your appliance feel free to get in touch with our Melbourne based support team on 1300 11 4357 or via email at supportXresidentiagroup.com.au (replace the X with an @ as product review doesn't display email addresses) Kind regards, Corey Esatto Support
