Hi Jay,
Thanks for getting in touch. Your machine does have a drain pump filter, it is next to the drain hose on the rear of the machine, it looks like a giant plug. if you would like for us to send through a diagram, please email your details to [email protected] or call us on 1300 114 57

Hi can you please tell me what the recycle does on my new machine?

Residentia Support R.Esatto

Hi Robynne,
Recycle is basically like a soak function, though named badly! It will hold the water in the drum. If you would like us to discuss in depth, please email us your contact details ([email protected]) and we will give you a buzz!

Had our Esatto for 3 months and it's been great, however today after doing a small wash of 2 towels we noticed water on the floor. Thought it must be a hose but we noticed water coming down the back of the machine. Anyone else had this experience or have an idea what it could be?

My essato ETL6.1 refuses to do anything with child water alone. it won't do a cold wash only warm or hot. It won't rinse them either. What could it be? The machine is brand new!

Just bought the Esatto 6 kgs the instructions do not tell you where to put the detergent. Can you send a photo of that to me? Also, I paid for the installation by Appliances online and the inlet hot and water leaks onto the floor. Not happy.

Hi Jay,
so sorry to hear your experience hasn't been great. I would contact Appliances Online and ask they send their handicrew back to refit the hoses!
In relation to the detergent, I can send you an image that explains where detergent and fabric softener can be placed, please email [email protected] and I will get this through to you right away.

Hello. I have just purchased this machine. Went to use it for the first time today. Input the fabric softener in the compartment, but the softener just went straight through into the clothes immediately. What did I do wrong? Thanks.

Hi Pam. You did not do anything wrong. I personally do not use fabric softener but my friend with same washing machine had made the same comment . The only way she got round it was to add it manually to her last rinse. Good luck. Jenny

Hi Pam,
That's very strange, please email us your contact number ([email protected]) we will call you to discuss and send you through some images of the fabric softener inlet and instructions as to how it works.

Where do i put the fabric softener and how much?

It is located next to the detergent compartment ie: you will find the compartment separated into 2 sections divided by a divider in the middle. Softer is added into the section with the spherical bob protruded. Hope this makes sense.

Inalto MC25B
Inalto MC25B

Hi Vicki,
Jas is correct, the fabric softener goes in the compartment on the right with the little bobble. The amount required depends on the softener you use, but this should be advised on the instruction label of your proffered product. Shout out if you need anymore help :)

Laura

Hi guys. I thought fabric softener is used for the rinsing cycles? When putting the fabric softener in the bobble part of the draw it goes into the machine straight away. Are you saying that you have to manually put the softener in at the end of the wash cycle?

Probably a bit late on the response here from me but I believe I had an e3 a few months ago with it not draining properly on the spin cycle. Turns out the system has a little filter for the draining at the back that you need to unscrew and clean every few months. To access it you need to pull the machine out from the wall and unscrew it (right near the bottom). After doing that my machine was good again.

Just purchased thw esatto top loader, let it run its first cycle empty as the instruction manual recommended. Won’t complete the cycle or any cycle for that matter. It continues to display ‘F8’ code. I have checked and double checked all hoses. Please ! Does anyone know what is wrong with it ? It’s not even a day old

Ok, the left hand side of the tray is for powder and the right hand side is for liquid washing detergent.
You will find the fabric softner holder just at the top of the bowl, inside the machine

What does error 4 mean?

According to the manual it means the load has stayed imbalanced after 3 attempts to balance it. If it's a very heavy load maybe try doing smaller ones and if that fails possibly try balancing the weight of the garments yourself.

The machine wasn't overloaded or out of balance what else could it be

As it has been over a month ago since I asked for help obviously its a bit silly to send me an answer at this late date....

In the end I used the inlet hoses from my old machine and luckily they work perfectly.

But of course this action did not answer the problem.
