Bought a phone from these guys and it arrived two days later. Was a bit skeptical buying a refurbished phone as I have always purchased brand new, however I couldn't be happier with the phone.

I was hesitant to purchase from this site as there were some negative reviews. Concerned I contacted them direct and was told the business was restructured early last year and had a new management team, so purchased my phone and couldn't be happier!

I bought a screen protector for my iPhone from Esold and it arrived broken (probably Aust Posts fault) I contacted them and they refunded me the same day I lodged my complaint.

The phone that i purchased has had continual problems but every email i sent was never answered. Now i have a faulty phone that doesn't work with no response from the supplier!!! Very poor response which i believe is due to the fact that my warranty will expire within the next 6 weeks. Do not deal with this supplier because if something goes wrong with your product your request will go unanswered.

Made 2 orders Dec 24 and 25th over $100 and it hasn't been sent and no response to emails. Very unhappy!

Made an online order on the 11th December. Its the 4th of January and still havent received my goods. I have sent 4 emails to them ...and they have not even bothered to contact me. Ive paid over $200 for my order. This is Bad Business.

Ordered my product, didn't arrive after 3 weeks and was told it was "sold out and an order will be here in days" another two weeks went by and the same story. A week later and still not here! Asked for a refund which was processed in a slow manner with me needing to remind them twice. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I purchased a refurbished Samsung S3 32 Gb mobile. When it arrived I found that it would not charge using either the power outlet or the USB on the PC, so it must have had a faulty connector. I contacted eSold and received a pre-paid label to return the phone to them. Unfortunately they no longer had the colour I had chosen but a few days later I received a replacement phone, which I am really happy with (my second colour choice).
