I purchased my 4 bridesmaids dresses through Esther and Co in December 2022. Unfortunately in April 2020, I had to return two of the dresses due to bridesmaids falling pregnant and the dress style no longer being suitable! Esther and Co were incredible in offering me a refund despite it being outside the typical timeframe and I was able to purchase two other styles from their beautiful range. The staff’s communication and understanding through email was exceptional and I cannot commend or recommend them enough! Their dresses are of great quality and price.

I would not buy from Esther again. The fabric is all cheap and synthetic. I’ve purchased 3 garments now and the sizing has been terrible also. Wouldn’t waste my time returning my most recent items as there is literally nothing else I would binger buying off this site. Keep your money to spend elsewhere ladies!!

I loved the dresses when they arrived. Unfortunately they did not suit my bridesmaids figures so I required to return them. Chanelle was incredible with her prompt responses and understanding approach. She made the whole process a lot easier and I will not hesitate in purchasing from Esther and Co again.

I'm a huge fan of Esther & Co. I have been shopping with them for over a year and the sizing and fit are consistent across the styles. The quality is excellent as well. Even if the item is not to your liking there is an easy return policy. You are issued with a credit to use on other items. I usually just hold onto this until something else is released and snap up another gorgeous dress.

Lining was too short, shrank even more after the first wash, then their customer service instructed me to pull it out while wet and the stitching ripped right off. Very poor quality which is a shame as the design is nice. Unfortunately it only got worn once and now will go into the bin. Offered 10% ($5) refund which I found offensive.

Absolutely stunning dress on with unique design it’s flattering on any shape. The quality of the fabric is 5 stars size chart is spot on. It was really easy to purchase. Very quick process and delivery and the team was quick to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Esther and co to anyone wanting a standout dress.

I saw the dress I wanted & it was on pre order... the girls were communicative in letting me know it would be delivered by the time of my event & to my surprise it was delivered 2 weeks earlier!

The store was easy to use and had a wide range of options for my bridesmaida to choose from. We chose the Fleur Strapless dresses in burgundy. I can’t wait to see my ladies in them on my wedding day!

The dress is great but I ordered a 12 and found it to big, I would have liked to simply exchange it but the size 10 was low in stock. I didn’t want to risk missing out so I ordered the 10 and returned the 12. Now I have store credit that I have to use although I don’t need to buy anything else from the store. I find it really frustrating not being able to exchange sizes when it’s an online store so no option to try on. Plus the postage to return ends up expensive. I have ordered from here before and have found the same problem so unfortunately I don’t think I will buy from this store again

Really happy with all my purchases they fit beautifully and the quality was good! My only issue was the straps on the boho dress kept loosening but just did a little sewing and it’s all good now.

The navigation and overall experience of the site has been great however when I've received my bridesmaid dresses they seem to be rather thin...I can see the shadow of my leg in the dress.

The dress i ordered for a Christmas present was unfortunately the wrong size for my sister and the dress itself was out of stock. So i emailed about what i can do and got a quick response that i can send it back and they would get me store credit for my sister to get something else. Thanks for making it so easy :)
