I found etax so easy to use, I completed my tax in one hour and got a great refund. Love the pre-fill sections which saves so much time. Will use every year, saves me money on big tax office charges too. Can not fault them.

Simple and fast. Ideal for those with simple tax lodgements. I have used it for the past three years and never had any issue. I love how they pre-fill your PAY-G summary and allow you access to your prior year info as you fill out the current year lodgement.

The process was fast and easy and they automatically try to get you the most from your tax. The accountants are great and they are very helpful. They rememberd all my details and streamlined the whole thing

This was easy for me as in the past I have had someone else do my tax return. Self service is the way to go for me from now on.

Made doing my tax easy. Was able to actually see what I could claim for the job I was hired for. What expenses I could claim and help was always on hand. Even when I didnt think I needed help Etax messaged and said I had missed something.

Etax made doing my tax return so easy this year. It more efficient with their help. Sometimes downloasing files were slow, but otherwise superb. I would like to continue using them.
