I am having an issue with a new euromaid dryer I purchased only 2.5months ago. When the drum spins it is making this awful metal scraping noise and it is so loud, the neighbours can here it. I worry it is causing permanant damage and it isn't normal.. any help welcomed.

I bought the Euromaid DE6KG 6kg Vented Dryer eleven months ago. Just now, five minutes into a cycle, I could smell burning and black smoke was pouring out of the machine from the drum. Is it still under warranty?

My Euromaid DE6KG dryer is a few years old......has always sounded like a threshing machine but that never really worried us...it worked well.....in the last 2weeks is seems like it is only operating at half speed ? It warms up slowly and only spins slowly....eventually it just stops.....should I shoot it and put it out of it's misery?

Hi there my friend brought a unit and this unit was installed on the wall. The problem was the dryer was to big for the space and as I needed a dryer he sold it to me for the cost of a 4kg dryer which fits the space.
I have 2 questions
1. how do I get on with the warranty.
2. I dont want to wall mount it but the panel is upside down can i buy a panel that is the right way up..

I purchased a Euromaid 6kg dryer 8 months ago from Mitre10, it continually has a high pitched squeaky squeal.

Have a euromaid dryer needs a new drum as its split. How much would it cost to repair?

Euromaid DE6KG vented clothes dryer was purchased approx 3months ago from Appliances online so still in Warranty but I get no heat and two lights flash together (middle dry + light dry at times) I have let it cool down and its in a space with good air flow but I get cold air!! I appreciate things go wrong with mass produced products but 12 months proper operation at least is not an unreasonable expectation,is it? I have a sick wife and a Daughter recovering from Health issues so I need the dryer. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, my dryer euromaid de6kg isn't heating up and when i press the reset button nothing happens. No clicking sound or the button staying down to indicate that the dryer is now reset. Am i meant to press reset while the is off or on. I have tried both and it still bloqing cold air. I even tried not using the dryer so the motor has totally cooled before pressing the reset button. Please help i only had the dryer for 3 weeks. Any suggestions?

Hi, I have a DE6KG dryer and when I go to start a load the middle dry light flashes and it won’t start. Even if the dryer is empty it does the same thing. Any ideas??

I brought one 3 weeks ago & it didn't work took it back after no one would come out to the farm, got a replacement & it doesn't work was on the phone for 40 minutes it said they will call me back before days end I'm still waiting, please someone help

Hi, I purchased my dryer approx 2.5 years ago and it has started a grinding/rumbling noise when it goes in the clock wise direction. It is OK when going anti-clock wise.

Can this be fixed, what needs to be replaced?

Hello, I have a Euromaid 4kg dryer . It is less than 2 years old and it has stopped heating. Filters are all clean, it hasn't overheated, just spinning on cold. Could you please give me an idea? Thanks Debbie

When I turn my dryer on it makes a horrible sound of metal scraping. I had a look and pretty sure the drum has fallen off it's position at the back of the dryer and I also found a few screws loose in the dryer. Can I fix this myself?

Hi I purchased the DE6kg dryer today and had to turn off the dryer manually the towels were dry and dryer was going for 2 hrs and still never turned itself off. Is this normal? Thanks Lisa
