Hi, we have just purchased a EGE9TS freestanding oven secondhand and it has been converted to LPG, is there a way we can convert it back to Natural Gas? Is there a kit? Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

My oven door does not close fully, i guess the door has been lent on. if i replace the door hinges would this fix the issue. If so, where can i buy them. Cheers Paul 0408004622

Bought the oven about 10months ago from Harvey Norman, the oven works fine, and so does the rear right burner. But the other 4 won’t light or have a flame app 3mm high! Absolutely impossible to cook on!
If you can't cook on an item you've purchased id call the Euromaid site for a repair or replacement. They were awesome without issues and totally will help you. Good luck :)

Hi guys, how long does it take for the oven fan to turn off after turning off the oven?
To long..... actually depends on the heat your oven was at. For us we open the door to help cool it down. Not very comfortable to add to our rooms heat up here in QLD but the cooling down process and noise is ridiculous. I believe on average 20 mins.

Thanks Ruben. I had the temperature set for 180o and 45 minutes later the fan was still going... Is that normal? regards

Hi we purchased the GE9SS model and want to convert it from natural gas to LPG. When we purchased it we were told we could as well live in the sticks and don’t have natural gas options. How do we go about it? Is there a kit?

Hi the top burners keep turning off. i have had this installed brand new about 4 months ago. has been a problem since its installation. not sure what the issue is? as soon as you turn it to low it turns off

Our small burner will not simmer how do we turn down to low. We use cast iron cookware and it boils anything on the lowest setting

My oven the glass shattered its a new Euromaid as we just bought the house and have only been in our home 2weeks and i have never seen a glass shatter like it did someone give me some one to call about replacing the glass or do I have to get new door ...

I have an issue with not being able to turn the flame down low enough (on the gas stove top) to simmer foods. There is hardly noticeable difference between full flame & low flame. Can you help with this problem?

We gave bottled gas, would that make a difference?
