F54EWI suspect the warranty just finished because the grill no longer works....
Pressured my landlord for a new stove and they paid to have this one installed.
It looked great.... for about a day, then the whole top/heating elements discolored and warped. Actually bowed on the stove top so no pan/pot will sit flat after just one use.
A trickle of enamel coats the 'steel', which is as thin as the other.
Now after some months, the grill no longer works at all either. The knobs have so badly discolored they look burnt, it's a disaster.

F54EWNone the grill you have to keep the door closed to cook, you can't see what's happening at a glance so you forever are opening and closing it and he stupid wire grill rack, the hot plates take too long to heat up and forever to cook down. Also the fan from the grill keeps running very ANNOYING even who you have finished using it. Also it seems to be a low stove compared to the old one.
Buy something else.

F54EWI bought a F54EW in July 2014 and by Dec 2014 the markings on the knobs were just about gone and I gave up trying to get help as it was too much of a battle and now it is just guesswork with what temperature my oven or hotplates are set at. I am so sorry I bought this stove and should have stuck with Westinghouse. Stove hotplates and oven take forever to heat up and then forever to cool down and it's impossible to regulate the heat when cooking and you'd be lucky if you can cook anything under the griller without it touching the top. Hi I wrote to you earlier but I got the model wrong it's the F54EW I have with the coil top . The hotplates are extreme hot even on setting 1. No plates have a simmer . Everything boils or burns immediately and I have to turn it on and off. Is this normal or should I get someone to look at it as it's brand new under warranty? I love the oven part but with the hot plates being as they are I really try not to use them.

Hi Dani, I have started to experience this too, it's all or nothing and I too will be calling the Service Centre. I also need to check the heat in the Oven as it doesn't seem right?
