All numbers, degrees, etc on Control Panel Knobs have just about disappeared with cleaning.
The only problen I have with this oven is all the Temps, Words, etc on Control Panel Knobs have gradually washed off with cleaning. Have to guess what temps and whether fan-forced, static. Have never had this happen with an oven before in my life.

I'm pretty sure I've written a scathing review on this oven before, but alas, its disappeared. Bought this oven in 2017. I'm looking to replace it now. 4 years ???? Acceptable?

We have had this stove since 2016 and it is still in excellent condition however the instructions for the knobs on the control panel have washed off and we are hoping there may be a way for us to re add them by a template from you or if you have any other ideas they would be appreciated. There are new people moving in and they will not know what is what with the controls. Thank you

Have been looking for an oven that has a cool touch glass on the door. This is it !!, nice compact oven with fan forced, radiant coils that let you see when its on, I get burnt so often with solid plates. Great economical oven.

Absolutely disgusted in your customer care department! My elderly parents have the GG54RW oven which is only 11mths. In the middle of the night 3am the glass on the griller door exploded. My Mum rang customer care for help & said she wanted the whole oven replaced if it's going to explode for no reason! She was spoken to with no respect & it's now 10days later & the glass still hasn't been replaced..... this is not acceptable!!
