after the burners are lit they go out when the knob is released. help

Once the burners or oven are lit, when I release the knob the gas goes out even after holding the knob in whilst lit for 20 seconds or so.

My lpg gas stovetop won't light. Ignition works but no gas coming through. How to clean if blocked by debris plz

We have just unpacked our GG90S having had it storage whilst we renovated our kitchen. However upon reading your booklet that comes with the oven it does not answer some of our questions. Please refer below.

Re the oven racks that are supplied
There is a rack that can slide into the side rails and has a tray that fits into it. Is this the grill tray or can it be used elsewhere in the oven?

There is also a wire rack that slides into the side rails which we assume is for general use.

There is also another much smaller tray with a similar size wire rack that fit together. These do not fit onto the large wire rack. Therefore cannot be used. Your photo of your oven clearly shows it fitting on the rack in the oven.

How can you remove the retractable runners for cleaning or to move to another shelf?

Which setting is the Grill? Ie, for toast? and do you have to keep the oven door closed?

We've only had our Euromaid gg90s for two months and the igniter died. There is nothing in the manual about it under "trouble shooting". Nor can I find where a fuse may be located. Apart from that, so far everything thing else is fine. I'm still learning the oven.

hi, Ive just bought this stove, to replace my old one, im wondering if its possible to get a flat oven rack to suit as the one actual rack is concaved and im finding it hard to bake with trays and pans, Im also finding oven setting 5 /180c as stated in the manual is a lot hotter so im adjusting by trial and error, could you clarify oven temps please. I had mine installed by a qualified fitter, thanks

Is there suppose to be more than wire rack? Out of the 5 possible shelf positions there was only one set of shelf slides, for a premium oven i would have expected these slides to be on every shelf can you tell me if i am missing any parts.

Does anyone have trouble with the oven not lighting. This last week I've had so much trouble lighting the oven.When I turn the oven knob and push the clicker nothing happens. My husband had to light it with a lighter.

I review products all the time for people and I can honestly say I have never thought about reviewing an oven... I was so excited when I purchased this that it took us a bit to put in as I wanted my kitchen to be perfect. I have found since putting this oven in that all the food I cook in the oven burns on the bottom and side. I do a lot of cooking for others and commercially so this has REALLY been a shock for me. I had never burnt anything until I used this product. I followed the directions and used the appropriate settings, even lowering them to avoid burning, yet everything burnt. I could overlook the pathetic simmer mode on the cooktop and have gotten away with having others cook the things needed until now. I am extremely dissatisfied with this and would prefer a refund so that I could get an oven that worked, but as I know that this isn't going to happen I will be satisfied with writing a review that will go across all the social media channels that I have. I will also be doing a review of this product in the parenting magazines I write for so that other mothers are able to avoid the humiliation and stress of having burnt food for dinner.

I have a euromaid gas stove and can't get my scones to brown on top. My cakes burn on the bottom and I'm too frightened to try a sponge. Any hints on how to get it to work for me would be good?

So out of all the reviews I’ve read they are all similar ..I have bought a lemon as have many others !!!!! .. again I used the oven on the weekend .... useless !!!! I want it replaced !!!bottom of everything burnt .... and you’ve been out to check it !!!!! I’m willing to spend more money but please let me have a decent oven .... you say you will contact everyone but you don’t !!! You say you’ll send a shelf but you don’t ... Please ring me or I will take this to the ombudsman or a current affair .... not happy with the product or the customer service at all .... help! Wendy

THE temp numbers have worn off the oven dial can you please send me a picture of the dial and temps so I can approximate thankyou HelgaGG90S

Everything has been working fine until now, ignition switch no longer working and I can't work out why. I've cleaned everything and made sure no blockages but still no clicking or anything from switch but lights manully. Any ideas?
