Have just brought this machine and I’ve tried the drum clean before first use and it won’t do anything. Doesn’t light up. It’s on the on/off programme selection knob and pressed auxiliary button for 3 seconds nothing happened.

The washing machine has all of a sudden stop switching from wash cycle! It will not drain, and is not even attempting to drain, it just keeps spinning the water around. I can’t clean the filter without the whole washing machine of water pouring out either, like it did with the clothes! It is just not draining at all.

Help. Does every cycle on a euromaid wm5pro washing machine rinse. I. would have thought so but the down wear programme just stayed on wash and didn't change to any other cycle. When you put it on quick wash it changes and shows you that it's doing wash or rinse, etc this one just stayed on wash. Surely it would have done a rinse?

I bought a WM5Pro in october last year and it had to be replaced in february this year because it was leaking. The new machine is fine with clothes and bedding but every time i wash towels i get suds overflowing from the dispenser draw - i've reduced the amount of detergent to half a scoop but its still happening - can you give me some guidance on a) the amount of towels and b) the amount of detergent and c) temperature/spin speed in order to avoid this problem

Hey Eric,
Sorry this has happened. A couple of other items to try.
1. Less fabric conditioner ( this would foam on rinse cycle)
2. For towels generally we would recommend to reduce detergent further than ½ a scoop, higher temp ( 60C and above ) and high spin speed

Hi, brand new WM5 Pro. First wash and the door won't unlock.. there is no flashing lock symbol either. Any ideas?

Sorry to hear this has happened, it is very unusual.
Can you please try switching the machine off at the mains, waiting 5 minutes and then plugging back in and powering the appliance back up. If this does not work, please send us a direct message with your contact information and we will call and get it resolved for you.
