Poor quality for the money.
After the failure of two other make trikes, the Eurotrike + came with a recommendation from the Toys R Us manager. It looked and felt sturdier and ran smoothly. Unfortunately within two months one rear wheel bearing is rough and the handle broke off just above the fitting that secures it. The seat is so small it can only be used by removing the padding. The foot rest positioning is poor and the sun cover is only good during the middle of the day. Without a contact for the manufacturer it will be difficult to get any help in replacing parts. Mr Toy-R-Us is OK for the first two faults but is not interested in further support.

Good and the bad
I want to start by saying how much my son loves this trike. Although he likes it, there are definetly good and bad things about it. For starters it's not cheap. Baby bunting sells it for $298 although it's possible to buy it for less online. I think it's one of the sturdier trikes on the market as it has a stainless steel construction and feels more solid than other trikes out there. The steering is quite good and I also like the storage baskets. Now to the not so great. The wheels are supposed to be EVA rubber although they just look and feel ...Read more
like cheap plastic. We've used the trike on concrete and after few weeks of use they already look worn. Direct drive switch also doesn't work that great. Although we have the lock in, the pedals still partially spin. The positioning of the seat to the foot plates is not that great and only allows for folded or 90 degree orientation of the foot plates. I think for the baby's comfort the foot plates should have various levels. When we first purchased the trike we received a cracked wheel assembly so we contacted the warranty company who sent us a replacement part in less than a week. I hope it will be that easy to receive replacement parts in the future as well. Overall I think this is still one of the better trikes out there, especially for babies around 12 months through to 2-3yrs old.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
