This was my very first shopping experience with Everten Online. On Tuesday night I ordered the Avanti Ceylon Glass Teapot with Infuser (1.25L 6 Cup) and the Stephanie Alexander Compost Bin with Removable Bucket on their very user-friendly website. In spite of Everten Online being based in NSW & that I live in Brisbane, my order was delivered by a friendly courier service early Thursday morning! The order was packed extremely safely and the products are of a very high quality and I just LOVED receiving them & am enjoying using them already! I bought the GlassLock Oven Safe Tempered Glass Round Container 450ml and they are great! I've been looking for ages for a good price, because I needed 14 of them, and I finally found it! Plastic lids with rubber seals feel like great quality and the glass bowls are wonderful! So cheap but amazingly good quality!

We bought a Scan pan large baking dish as a gift for a close friend. We looked at at different shops retail and online. First time buying from Everten site and we are very happy. The price was so much cheaper than elsewhere. It was well packaged and arrived fairly quickly too. Will definitely look at this first next time when we buy something for the kitchen.

The quality was just as good as the LE creuset mugs that I have, I even put them on the scales and there the same wight as the LE creuset mugs. Service from everten was excellent with fast postage . Purchased a dinner set in January only to have one of the microwave safe dinner plates break in half in the microwave, having only used a few times. Contacted Everten Online and I cannot stress highly enough how EXCEPTIONAL their response was! I sent a photo of the broken plate attached to an email which was responded to within an hour! Everten have kindly said they will replace the plate and it is already on its way to me! Cannot praise this company highly enough and would recommend them to everyone! Shipping rapid, and delivery information spot on. Subtracted a star for packaging with an unnecessary amount of non-recyclable polystyrene pellets, which will make me think twice about using Everten again.

Excellent design, slim 1 litre capacity jug. Most suitable jug for refrigerator door I've seen so far. It holds my 1 litre of long life, lactose free milk.

After buying a number of Scanpan classic knives, I purchased two Scanpan magnetic knife racks to compliment them. Unfortunately Scanpan spend more money on their packaging than on the production of these knife racks. They are nothing like the quality of their knives. Rather, they are made of Chrome plated PLASTIC with a magnetic metal bar inside. This is the type of product I would expect to find at the Reject Shop and is not becoming of the quality I was expecting from Scanpan. After purchasing these racks, I will be very careful if I ever buy any Scanpan product again. I guess the moral is, that just because Scanpan make some good products, don't assume that ALL their products are good!

Avanti Food Mill.
Packaged well, and prompt delivery. But the mill is light weight, hard to assemble, the discs don’t sit firmly in the pan, and the bottom of the axle won’t stay in the hole in the disc. When the handle is turned, it just all disassembles.
I’ve never used one before, so maybe it’s just me.

Highly recommended. After searching everywhere for an item that appeared to have sold out on the manufacturer's website, I found it available at Everten at a fair price. Delivery was very quick, and the item was securely packed.

I ordered 2 x Pyrex coffee cups, the best coffee cups ever. They arrived well packaged and in perfect condition (I'm always nervous when I order glass online). Recycled cardboard, 100% biodegradable packing foam and an appropriate sized box were used which is awesome. I particularly enjoyed throwing the foam in the compost bin, pouring on some water and watching them dissolve :) Finally we can feel good about ordering online! Overall I'm very happy with everything and will definitely be ordering with Everten again.

For that, one needs a good kettle. We bought one from Everten Online and when it arrived, very quickly, we were surprised how it brews a perfect tea. And qua form, it is a modern design. Very happy with this product, it makes our day!
