All I an say is that we have had a horrible experience and are beginning to wonder of we will ever get our van. After our deposit was paid mid last year we have heard nothing, no updates, no communication, just nothing. We were given a delivery date (after chasing them) and sold our other van in anticipation of this date. After hearing nothing again we chased them to be told then van was in production and should not be long (2-3 weeks). Chased them again only to be told that it was entering into production shortly (so it was not in production ...

Love the Winton 10, but it is falling apart and no one will fix it even under warranty. I have pictures if you would like.

Happily purchased a Parkes 15 January 2020, that didn't last very long once we took delivery.
After advising Ezytrail immediately after taking delivery of the van that the whole front half of the vans interior was drenched and the front storage box resembling a small swimming pool and hatch over the ensuit had been blown off during transit. The Caboolture store did everything to ignore us and our concerns never went anywhere. We were advised it passed the water test so we asked for proof and were denied on several occasions. The service provided by Clem has been great. With all the problems caused by COVID Clem kept us updated on its delivery date. All the upgrades we asked for have added to the excellent finished product making it ideal for us.

Clem went beyond his duties to help us get our camper trailer. We are very grateful for that. Thank you.

The customer service provided by Clem & Mitch was absolutely 1st rate. Totally love my little caravan. My son has given everything a good going over & said he was actually surprised how good the quality & finish was on it. Looking forward to hitting the road for adventures. Can’t recommended these guys highly enough. I feel comfortable if any issues do arise Clem will do his best to sort it out for me. These guys are just what you want in sales people - no BS, nothing too much trouble, no high pressure selling. Highly recommend.

We have been dealing with Mitch and Clem since purchasing our van in January. These guys have been awesome. They address any concerns in a timely manner and have gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Mitch’s communication is fantastic, if he says he’ll follow up on something, he does and gets back to you. I’d highly recommend these guys and the van is awesome too.

We've just bought a Parkes 15 MK2 TWIN.

We were looked after from the first phone call we've made to Mitch until the day we picked up the caravan.

Mitch gave us a good 2 hours on the pick up day to show us as much details as possible before getting back home.

The quality and attention to details together with the price is very very good. Since we got back from Townsville. We've set up the caravan in our back yard and we are inviting friends over like if we were in a caravan park, to get the feel for it.

Everyone loves it. Can wait to take it for the real adventure. Thanks so much for Mitch and Clem.

Hi we just purchased a Trailer from Ezy Trail Townsville the service from Clem was extremely good and provisional. as a business owner if my staff were as helpful as Clem i would be every happy, we have been away on a trip mostly dirt we were that happy with the Trailer that much that i have come back to see Clem about an upgrade and we are just waiting for more stock to arrive and we will mostly purchase another. we have told friends and family to go see Clem as he is so easy to deal with....
