Product failed to clean my dishes and I needed to re wash and rinse . Will go back to other well known brand..such a disappointment as it looked good on tv

Last week I opened a pack of the Fairy Platinum Plus capsules and put them under the sink for ongoing use. Around the time I noticed a foul smell coming from the sink area and thought I had a problem with leaking tap/pipe. I removed the pack of Fairy Platinum Plus capsules and put them in the laundry whilst I cleaned out the kitchen sink cupboard and checked for leaks. All was okay in the sink cupboard but I've now noticed the foul smell is in the laundry where I put the capsules.

I have just tried Fairy dishwashing tablets and every wash there are things not clean. I have tried for over a week and the same result each day. I will not use them again! Will be throwing them out

I have tried there a few times now and it's like every second one doesn't dissolve to only open the dishwasher and it's sitting inside the cutlery rack. I then have to rinse everything as well due to the taste of the product all on the items washed. Very disappointed.

I have always attempted the give the lesser known brands a go.. I have watched the ads and listened to what they have said, no need for rinsing.. So "believing" in the advertising, I did just that stopped rinsing plates etc before putting them in the dishwasher only to be horribly disappointed to find caked on food once cycle had finished :( Tried it multiple times, same result, it's as useless as the other well known brand Finish, marketing it too to be able to remove all food from un-rinsed plates.. Will never buy this product again and will return to rinsing as per..

Absolutely love this product! Huge difference compared to finish. I work for appliance company and tried a lot of brands. Sometimes if people aren’t getting good results it can also be the dishwasher as most cheaper models won’t perform as well as others and also the cycle that is selected! Hotter wash better results. Thanks Fairy!

Very disappointed,I thought this would be a quality product but it is far from it. The dishwasher is supposed to be a time saver but using this product I have had to re wash the dishes by hand. The dishes are dirty as is the cutlery. I will be writing to the company about this . Never will be buying fairy products again.

The first ten times I used the tablets there has always been some residue on dishes, especially on the lower shelf. Also tea stains left on the cups on the top shelf. I Couldn’t put them back in the cupboard in the state they were in. Will not buy again.

I think fairy platinum plus are terrible, Ive used almost the entire packet ( 55 ) and sometimes the dishes still have residue on them . Il stick to ALDI tablets . Very dissatisfied with the price ! Wish I had my receipt so I could have a refund !!!!

I am so sick of the whole packet being stuck together and when you try to break them apart they leak everywhere. Total waste of money. Has happened quite a few times.

After trying to pull apart two tablets that were stuck together (quite a few in the packet were stuck together), I ended up with the yellow liquid squirting straight into my eye. Luckily I was beside the sink and rinsed quickly. Trip to doctor and 24 hours later still very red and sore. Cant imagine what would have happened if I had not rinsed immediately.

It was half price and like a good customer bought this product. What a waste . High Chemical smell. Wonder what harm it does for the planet??? The tablet did not desolve and crap every where. Please note - We are using this on a brand new Fisher Parker dish washer. Did not have issues with Finsh. Dont buy !!!

Since switching from Finish to Fairy platinum plus, I have had to run numerous things through a second wash as they weren't cleaned the first time. Never had this problem with finish.

Tried many dishwashing cleaners in hope of a shiny clean look, Fairy is amazing and the only one I will use from now on. Beautiful shiny clean dishes every time.

So impressed with these dishwashing tablets, dishes, glasses, cutlery have never been cleaner or shinier. Even the inside of the dishwasher sparkles without the need for separate application of rinse aid, as it is built into the tablet and is far more superior than other brands.

This is the only brand that I use.Ive tried other brands and they’re not as good.Fairy tablet has a fresh clean smell and the dishes and other utensils come out very clean and shiny.I recommend this product.

Your tablets didnt work had to re wash still no good used another product and no problem will never use your products again will advise other people the same the product is crap yours sincerely T revor Mulholland

I always thought I just had a dud dishwasher, till I bought these! They are so good. I will never use another product. I am now not hand washing anything again!
