Shane was awesome found my issue straight away. Not only did he fix the problem i called for, but also fixed a second minor issue we had with great expertise.

Having previously had Fallon Electrical come to update everything in my renovated unit, I realised I was not thinking far enough ahead. Needing to change my door into the garage to a sliding door to give me more room, meant that I had to move the (2 way) light switch from one wall to another in order to ensure that the door didn't slide over it, thus making it useless. I only phoned Fallon Solutions about having it altered approximately 1.5 weeks ahead of when the Tradesman was due to arrive, and today the electrician they sent to quote was able to change it immediately after I accepted the quote. Wonderful, now the job can 'really be completed' once the tradesman comes next week.

Stay far away from this company, i have tried to contact them on numerous occasions due to work done at my place and no response once they have your money they just ignore you and couldn't care less. As someone stated in a few comments earlier they are salesmen that's it. Do yourself a favour and give these guys a miss. I tell everyone i know now to stay away from these dodgy people.

Fil was great and fixed annoying buzzing from a/c touchpad and gave the ducted a/c a service. Good experience will Fallon Solutions i would recommend to anyone . Nice friendly service from begining to completion of job requested. 5 stars

Had a visit from Chris R re an issue I had with my dishwasher. He arrived promptly & carried out the work efficiently, gave me options & helpful advice. Very good customer service which is missing a lot these days. Thanks

Jake did a fantastic job, replacing our cisterns and the kitchen tap, checking our system for us and organising for someone to come a few days later to check out our drainage system. He was very helpful and very pleasant to work with,

We recently had a Fallon Solutions electrician do some work around our house and we were so happy with the service he provided. Greg was super informative and very thorough but not at all pushy. Phil provided excellent service. He was polite, friendly and professional. The cost was outlaid before he began any work and there was no pressure to have anything extra done that was offered.

He was also more than willing to answer any questions I had and gave me a run down of the work to be done.

He completed the work efficiently and cleanly.

Ash Totham was very professional when he came and fixed my aircon. He was friendly and very informative. Would highly recommend Ash for air conditioning needs. Fixed my aircon in no time.

Jared D from Fallon was super helpful. Showed me proof of issues and confirmed what I needed done today (the immediate issue) and suggested what would be needed later and gave me options for whichever way I wanted to go. Upgrade of a very old powerboard and general wiring. We really appreciated the attention to detail and safety and the effort to leave us with essential power over the several nights the work took. The technicians, Jye and Tate, communicated constantly with us so we understood what was being done and to listen to any questions or preferences that we expressed. Every effort was made to ensure the job site was left clean and tidy leaving us confident our system will be safe and meet the demands of the future.

I called Fallon today for a quote on a new hot water system. They sent me a gentleman named Warren A truly delightfull person who very carefully explained all that I needed to know regarding hot water systems. He was so knowledgeable and put my mind at rest even organising finance for this “ditzy “ pensioner. I immediately accepted Warrens quote as he tells me he is the man doing the job and I know I couldn’t be in better hands Thank you Fallon

Booked online a service for my dishwasher on the weekend expecting not to have it fixed until the end of the week. Was pleasantly surprised when I got a call Monday to confirm if the job was still required & if today was suitable for the service.
