Chris C was punctual, very friendly, explained everything and completed job in quickly time with no mess.
Did a complimentary home safety inspection and will have them back for other small jobs.

Christopher C was very helpful in explaining the problem, didn’t have the parts to repair so drive to get one and returned within the hour. He also explained the work he did visually at the how water system.

Fallon TV, bruce and Kurt did a great job installing our new Samsung Picture TV. We are very happy . We have known them for a while and they always do a great job.

Solar Hot Water pump and levers expertly replaced by Cameron. Arrived on time, examined the problem and came up with the solution - replacement noisy pump with a new pump. Also replaced old steam -releasing levers with new ones.

Shane was awesome found my issue straight away. Not only did he fix the problem i called for, but also fixed a second minor issue we had with great expertise.

Having previously had Fallon Electrical come to update everything in my renovated unit, I realised I was not thinking far enough ahead. Needing to change my door into the garage to a sliding door to give me more room, meant that I had to move the (2 way) light switch from one wall to another in order to ensure that the door didn't slide over it, thus making it useless. I only phoned Fallon Solutions about having it altered approximately 1.5 weeks ahead of when the Tradesman was due to arrive, and today the electrician they sent to quote was able to change it immediately after I accepted the quote. Wonderful, now the job can 'really be completed' once the tradesman comes next week.

Stay far away from this company, i have tried to contact them on numerous occasions due to work done at my place and no response once they have your money they just ignore you and couldn't care less. As someone stated in a few comments earlier they are salesmen that's it. Do yourself a favour and give these guys a miss. I tell everyone i know now to stay away from these dodgy people.

Fil was great and fixed annoying buzzing from a/c touchpad and gave the ducted a/c a service. Good experience will Fallon Solutions i would recommend to anyone . Nice friendly service from begining to completion of job requested. 5 stars

Had a visit from Chris R re an issue I had with my dishwasher. He arrived promptly & carried out the work efficiently, gave me options & helpful advice. Very good customer service which is missing a lot these days. Thanks

Jake did a fantastic job, replacing our cisterns and the kitchen tap, checking our system for us and organising for someone to come a few days later to check out our drainage system. He was very helpful and very pleasant to work with,

Phil provided excellent service. He was polite, friendly and professional. The cost was outlaid before he began any work and there was no pressure to have anything extra done that was offered.

He was also more than willing to answer any questions I had and gave me a run down of the work to be done.
