Fallon Solutions Air Conditioning Repairs & Installation

Edwin quoted us on our aircon needs a couple years ago. Just had him back this morning and he remembered us! He is very knowledgeable and explains things very well.

Daniel C arrived yesterday after calling ahead. My wife was home as I was working however Dan took the time to patiently explain the problems and the quote reasons.
Dan was just packing up when I got home but he took me through the job, cost and maintenance issues again!
He has the 5 stars from my boss and we were very happy with the AC results last night!!

Stay far away from this company, i have tried to contact them on numerous occasions due to work done at my place and no response once they have your money they just ignore you and couldn't care less. As someone stated in a few comments earlier they are salesmen that's it. Do yourself a favour and give these guys a miss. I tell everyone i know now to stay away from these dodgy people.

Fil was great and fixed annoying buzzing from a/c touchpad and gave the ducted a/c a service. Good experience will Fallon Solutions i would recommend to anyone . Nice friendly service from begining to completion of job requested. 5 stars

Phil provided excellent service. He was polite, friendly and professional. The cost was outlaid before he began any work and there was no pressure to have anything extra done that was offered.

He was also more than willing to answer any questions I had and gave me a run down of the work to be done.

He completed the work efficiently and cleanly.

The installation of a new unit was fast, efficient, professional and neat. We appreciated the attention given to our preferences and their implementation, as well as leaving the job site clean and tidy. We're delighted with the outcome.

Bernie did an excellent job on servicing our ducted A/C. he was very clean and respectful of our household furnishing and fixtures. He fully explained what he was providing and outlined all costs accordingly.

Called in to repair a malfunctioning Aircon. The technician could not pick up the fault. Instead he resorted up selling and convinced us to join a “home protection plan” for $623. He also recommended to switch off the Aircon for 3 days. I called the Aircon company who sent their technician and picked up the fault within 10 minutes. I find it difficult to understand how Falloon solutions can send a technician who does not know his job.

Tj and Tim rang ahead of arriving. Both were friendly and knowledgeable and diagnosed our Air-Conditioning system problem very quickly. I am also impressed with the arrangements they have put in place so that I receive a quote for work that needs to be done, as well as arranging a routine clean and service for our other air-conditioning units.
All in all, great people to deal with.

Ash was extremely polite and very communicative. Everything was explained.
Cost is well above market rate, but the service provided was very good. All questions I asked were answered and explained.

Charged approximately 60% above market rate for their 'membership deal'. Technicians did not appear very knowledgeable even for a basic air con service. Watch for the trick of going outside to work out price. They are actually ringing the office to discuss how much extra margin they will put on the price.

I used Fallon Solutions a few months ago to replace an old switchboard and to replace old air conditioners. Thomas C came to do the initial quote, Dan Rasmussen and Thomas Houston replaced the switchboard and Scottie and Sam installed the new air con units. I can honestly say that everyone turned up on time, explained the job, got straight to work and did a very professional job. I have had no issues since. Fallon Solutions are very easy to deal with and I would definitely use them again. Very happy to recommend them.
