I have used Ductmasters several times and was happy with the people doing the job. However after having the ducting cleaned several months ago I have had repeated calls from the company asking if Id like to make a time for them to clean. Each time Ive explained patiently that someone has already cleaned, but still the calls keep coming...Am completely fed up with them!

I rang this company because I needed some ducts replaced on a ducted heating system. I had already inspected the ducts and knew exactly what needed replacing. They said they would charge me $100 to inspect it. I said I don't need an inspection, I need someone to fix it! They said 'we don't have any ducts in stock'. I said 'but you are called 'Ductmaster'!

His customer service was nothing short of excellent, and his enthusiasm for his work was fantastic, which is very hard to find these days. He checked the condition of everything as he cleaned it. I was very impressed with the "old fashioned " customer service of the telephone staff and Simo who came to clean my gas ducted heating. Simo was pleasant polite very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and he cleaned up all the residual dust that fell from the unit as a result of the cleaning process
The knowledge and information provided by all the staff I spoke with and met made me confident that Duct Masters would do an excellent A1 quality job. I wasnt disappointed.
