They did a thorough investigation, advised us what they were doing and why and promptly resolved the problems. They also explained why putting filters in the floor ducts is not a great idea. As a result of the great service we have now booked Efficient Pure Plumbing for a maintenance visit on our cooling system.

We used the team at Efficient Pure Plumbing to replace our old ducted unit with a brand new Daikin 16kw ducted system inside a tight & tricky double story home. We were fortunate to have Brenton, Max, Matt, Joel and Kevin on our job for two days and all were meticulous with their work. The service from Efficient Pure Plumbing from initial phone call to finish was faultless and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

What a wonderful experience to finally enjoy the comfort of an effective and efficient cooling system. Yesterday, Joel came to my home and successfully found the space needed to install an additional return air duct enabling the cooler to work more efficiently as the existing return air duct was too small. I had Tom and Kayne from EPP come out to replace an evaporative cooler. From the beginning, they were polite and friendly the whole time. In terms of their work, they came on time, installed the unit quickly and very professionally, were very clean, and provided a great overview of how to use the new unit and controller once the installation was complete. It was actually a pleasure to have them in the house while they were doing their work!

The external unit of my central reverse cycle air conditioning system is having a problem of the drip tray plumbing being blocked so that the condensation is not flowing through to the drain pipe. As a result, the condensation is overflowing the drip tray. Kirill the attending technician is exemplary in his approach, not only clearing the blockage, but also performed a thorough cleaning of the 2 level drip trays. In the process, he is very careful in keeping the messy process as clean and tidy as possible within a confined working area in the balcony. He is polite and courteous. (One of the few tradesman who voluntarily removed his shoes upon entering our apartment - a rarity these days. We are impressed).

This company did an install for me last month. My husband dealt with them and they were fine at first but after the job went wrong they stopped all contact. I read only one bad review but agree totally with the review regarding the service and standard of work. It was definitely not up to standard. I have no idea how they have so many great reviews. We had a air conditioner installed and they put it in a different place to agreed, made a terrible mess and permanently damaged the wall.

This company installed a cooling system a few weeks ago and that’s where all my problems started. They did not position the unit at the correct area of the room and the height was wrong. They of course insisted it was supposed to be like that ! The unit now just blows to an empty room. They refuse to fix it.
