Fallon Solutions Hot Water Repairs & Installation

Justin Encicott from Fallon replaces our dead 315L hot water system with a new Rheem unit. He was professional, courteous and extremely responsive - we had a new one installed the day following we noticed the broken tank on the old unit.

Additionally, the electricians who performed the electrical work, also from Fallon, were professional and punctual.

Altogether couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Christopher C was very helpful in explaining the problem, didn’t have the parts to repair so drive to get one and returned within the hour. He also explained the work he did visually at the how water system.

Solar Hot Water pump and levers expertly replaced by Cameron. Arrived on time, examined the problem and came up with the solution - replacement noisy pump with a new pump. Also replaced old steam -releasing levers with new ones.

Jared D from Fallon was super helpful. Showed me proof of issues and confirmed what I needed done today (the immediate issue) and suggested what would be needed later and gave me options for whichever way I wanted to go. He did the work quickly and made sure I was happy throughout. Really impressed.

I called Fallon today for a quote on a new hot water system. They sent me a gentleman named Warren A truly delightfull person who very carefully explained all that I needed to know regarding hot water systems. He was so knowledgeable and put my mind at rest even organising finance for this “ditzy “ pensioner. I immediately accepted Warrens quote as he tells me he is the man doing the job and I know I couldn’t be in better hands Thank you Fallon

Within 24 hours of booking we had hot water again! The service was excellent. Same day Steve H arrived who fortunately identified an electrical danger before anyone was seriously hurt. Steve returned the next day and started the job, when called away for a gas emergency, was seamlessly taken over by Josh B along with an efficient electrician. All three were lovely to deal with and even made the time to assist a lady with a flat tyre outside my house. Thank you for the prompt service. I will definitely be using Fallon again.

Just had Josh B from Fallon Solutions install a new hot water system as well as doing some other minor works. Job was completed with no problems with everything explained and all my questions answered. Excellent tradesman and a nice person.

Our gas hot water system had stopped working after the heavy storm a couple of days ago. We tried to restart it but failed. Rang Fallon and plumber Chris Csortos was at our place within a couple of hours. Fixed it instantly and was really friendly and gave us some good advice. Once again, those who work for Fallon have proved to be really good people! Lauren who answered the phone was also helpful, friendly and efficient - we can't ask for more than that. I had an emergency with the hot water and Fallon were fast and efficient! Chris Csortos was great, efficient, explained the problem in detail and provided good solutions. Chris did an excellent job and was very friendly.
Fallon services (as most these services) are pricy. But I was satisfied with the solution. Thanks Chris!

We had an issue with a drop in pressure from our hot water system. Not long after requesting service Lincoln arrived to identify the problem. He explained the issue clearly, offered a range of solutions and clearly explained which option he thought best and why he thought that the best way forward. He immediately undertook the work and fixed our problem quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and personal manner were exemplary. Very pleased and very impressed.
