I have shopped at farmer Jack's Subiaco, Gwelup and Woodlands for years and all the stores are fantastic! Great affordable produce and meat, well laid out stores. Great local products, great specials never shop anywhere else!

Cannot believe with all the customers that have been walking through those doors. That even up-to the 23 Mar no one in that store is wearing gloves, or even hand sanitises as you come into the store.
When I was at the check out counter everyone is standing so close, that I hasd to tell the lady behond me to move back.
When i mentioned this lack of importance to the check out operator, she just rolled her eyes.
NOT VERY RESPONSIBLE at a time like this. Will not be shopping there again. Coles however have taken up the challenger to be pro active and careful and caring with their customers.!!!

Brought “lamb” loin chops very expensive but I wanted some so a special treat. Definitely not lamb they were as tough as bad rump steak. Tried cooking two different ways with same result. Also there were far to many bone chips. Not happy $14 for 9 inedible chops.

Tried to call Farmer Jacks Joondalup customer service on 4 different occasions today during opening times to check on a products availability but no answer each time the phone rang out

Bought a tub of vanilla salted ice cream from butler farmer jack, was overloaded with salt, not something that should be on farmer jack shelves, really disgusting, took it to butler farmer jack for either a refund or an exchange, was told by the stupid lady manager, to call the company for a refund. How stupid is that, I will no longer be shopping there, so so rude. Farmer jack, you need better managers and better staff. You just lost a customer. Claude

Purchased an item from here a few days ago and found maggots in my food. They offered a refund (which wasn't my intention) but returned to see the item hadn't actually been pulled from the shelves. Hopefully no one else has the same problem!

I recently bought 2 vegetable korma curries from farmer jacks in Butler, both were within the use by date and both were mouldy. Unfortunately I was not able to see this when I bought them as there was a sticker covering the container.

I've bought Scotch fillet and rump steaks from Farmer Jacks and there is a a distinct and un-natural smell when I open the packet that I don't get from their competitors or a butcher. I don't know if it is caused by the type of feed that the cows are given or if the meat is preserved in something.

It has played havoc with my stomach and the distinct smell from opening the packaged meat comes out in my bodily waste. Something not right here.

I will no longer buy their meat.

Each time I shop at Farmer Jacks Gwelup there is an overcharge on price per kilo for fruit. today I was overcharged $7.05. Check your receipts. No apology from staff

Have just had the worst Lasagna ever. Bought today. Total Mush.
Great material for the Checkout on ABC. Wonder if anyone from Farmer Jacks have tried it.
