can i take this product more than 2 days ? or take it in the morning for breakfast and lunch but having a small portion for dinner after the 2 days ?? thanks

Coconut

I started this to kick start my diet, i did well with not eating only having a small can of tuna on both days. I didn't really experience any side effects except for being very tired much earlier than usual. The taste was great! It reminded me of pina colada.

My results 2.5 kg lost, 6 cm off my hips and 3 cm of my waist! Plus I feel very much healthier in my body.

It was hard as i am a confessed overeater but well worth it.

I am on my second day of the coconut detox and have had a headache for the most part of it. I have had to have a banana each day to tie me over especially since I needed to work at quite a physical job. So far weight loss hase been a 1.1kg and I dont look as bloated but long term I dont think this is a solution just maybe a way to kickstart a healthier eating plan?

I have tried Kim kardashian 2 day fast cleanse and saw immediate results so thought I would try this 2 day detox!! The taste and syrup like consistency is sickly!!! I have been losing weight over the past 3 months so didn't struggle with not eating but did not see any results!! Over all I would not recommend this product

I have been exercising and eating well for the past 2-3 months and have lost a total of 8kgs. I have 5kgs to go until I get to my goal weight. I thought I would try this detox as I was having trouble losing the last 5kgs. The drink tastes like tropical juice to me which is lovely. Day 1 was all good, however I did not drink enough water on both days so this may have had an impact on my overall weightloss. Day 2 I started feeling really hungry around 6pm but worked through it and didn't ended up eating anything. Overall I lost 1.7kg. Let's see if I can keep the kgs off.
Taste beautiful and would probably try it again if wanting to loss a few kgs quickly.
