Finish Quantum

Rather disappointed with this product having ordered tree packets. The product contains three different constituents. White powder and a yellow and red liquid. The white powder/crystals were totally solid in the plastic sachet and did not dissolve very much in the very hot water of the dishwasher leaving a granular trail of half the contents when the cycle was complete. Tried massaging the white powder loose,before use, to no avail.
We have now returned the product to Costco and are now using our old Finish powerball which has served us so well for many years.
Did we have a faulty batch ?

I paid for a product that came all stuck together. I am only able to use half the bag. Not happy. I will not be buying this product again. This is my 30 word commitment to leave this review

This company advertise on T.V that we waste water when we rinse dishes before placing them in the dish washer. The ad shown a woman placing dirty pots, casserole dishes, and plates directly into the dishwasher and behold, they come out sparkling clean. How dishonest. We are now on our 4th dishwasher and our current model is the most expensive model from Germany. I can assure everyone that dishwashers only clean pre cleaned dishes. They never clean dirty dishes.
Place a baking dish or casserole dish with baked on food, or even a pot that has had pumpkin soup and it will not come out sparking clean on any cycle.

I had seen with interest the ads for Finish Powerball Quantum Ultimate Pro. No rinsing necessary, sign up to the no rinsing pledge, they'll donate money, etc. Well, I was happy with the two types I was using (alternating Finish powder, with Fairy Platinum+ tabs or basic Finish Powerball tabs each day), but these were on special and I was curious to try. Well, they are worse than any I've ever tried! Ironic, because they are supposedly Finish's premium product, yet they don't clean as well as either Finish Powder, or basic Finish Powerball tabl...

I have always used Finish products with good results but the Quantum power balls are a waste of time. They never clean of dried food. They won't fit properly into my dispenser so I just throw them into the bottom of the dishwasher. Perhaps Fairy brand might be a goer.

I have been using finish dishwashing tablets for a very long time.Very disappointed with this brand the plastic that covers the tablets that is supposed to melt only partly melted and clogged the hose of bits of plastic lot of trouble trying to get it unclogged. Not a happy customer will not be using your product anymore.

So frustrating. I've tried 2 washings with the Finish Max in 1. Both times, the capsule did not all dissolve in the dispenser, leaving my glassware filmy, dishes with a not fresh odor, and my silverware dirty!

We also are having the same problem with dissolvable wrapped Finish tablets, never any problem with the old type Finish.... So I Guess its time to FINISH WITH FINISH

Doesn't work as well as standard Finish tablets, which are ok performers, not great, but ok. Don't waste your time or money on the more expensive quantum tablets because of the slick marketing, I was sucked in to try this product but never again.

I have a year old $2,000 plus Bosch dishwasher. Finish power ball products are recommended by the manufacturer. Sometimes the tablet doesn't disolve and I find half of the tablet stuck in one the trays of the dishwasher. I have thrown out many packages of finish. The product is obviously not correctly manufactured - there are a ridiculous number of people with the same issue. I suspect some of the people writing positive reviews have their house water temperature set at a very high level. I do not recommend this product as a first option.

Thick plastic cover melts and sticks on dispenser. It never dissolves due to too thick plastic wrapper. I don't have a cheap old dishwasher. I am using brand new $1000 LG dishwasher.

I did try placing tablet at bottom of the dishwasher but didn't receive any better result than Aldi tablets. I did receive a sample of Fairy All in One Lemon Dishwasher Tablets and it provided stunning clean.

I am clearing this rubbish lot from Finish and then go an look for Fairy.

Disappointed..

Most times the tablets do not dissolve properly and a lot of the dishes are left dirty. There is usually a half dissolved tablet lying somewhere in the machine.
Not good enough.

First time user of these tablets and out of a 20 pack about 5 have not dissolved hardly at all. Have followed all of directions to close up pack and keep in dry cool place. I won't be using again.

I am using Finish Classic tablets and they are inconsistent when it comes to dissolving. A half dissolved tablet is left in the dishwasher at the end of a load. This worries me in case detergent is left on the dishes. I will try running the hot water tap at the kitchen sink first as recommended.

unfortunately I am not as impressed.. I find these stick to the holder of my dishwasher and do not disolve I prefer the wrapt ones... as they seem to be smaller and do the job just as effectively..I have no complaints with any of the other Finish products... this does not happen all the time but enough now to no longer purchase
