HORRIBLE PRODUCT - HORRIBLE COMPANY
If you ever value cooking food properly stay away from any Fisher & Paykel Product. This Induction cooktop does not work properly with induction cookware. They are even aware of this saying 'not all induction cookware works with our cooktops' ! Plain facts are, it does not cook food properly. Food on inside of pan burns and outside remains raw, so you constantly are moving food around to get it cooked.

the settings, just like gas. The draw backs are the touch sensitivity for controlling and adjusting your settings as you cook, as finger tips that are too wet, or too dry just don't register.... if somethings starting to burn, and you've just washed your hands, you can't adjust the temperature setting, you have to manually remove the pan. We paid around $2000 for this cooktop, and for that sort of money, the digital displays shouldn't read like a microwave oven from the 1980's.
