Crackles when being used
Overall this cooktop works fine, however it is very annoying that it crackles when being used. The Crackles sound like a powercord not quite plugged int
I was told by Fisher Paykel over the phone that this is the result of a non inductive pan. I purchased a brand new Baccarat Pan and I still have this problem.
I got a Fisher Pykel service technician out who said I need to accept the noise.
