Read moreirman as although straight forward you may find additional damage to the shaft and difficulty in removing the motor and bearings. There are two bearings and a spacer, one top and one bottom; two separate procedures. "Google" F&P gw712 how to replace bearing" and watch the various videos. Good luck
What is the clothes capacity of a GW712 7kg 5kg?
G'day, we have an F&P GW712 Top loader which has not missed a beat for a few years....until now.
The water is stopping and starting both when filling and rinsing which is pausing/stalling the wash cycle.
Is it time for a new machine or is this an easy fix?
If you can get F&P to come out and service your unit, well and good. Just don't hold your breath. Failing that, I'd say new unit because F@P's are notoriously difficult to fix when they go wrong. But ...
