Fisher & Paykel Slide-out HS60LXW4 (60 cm)

I bought this model and paid more but it is almost ineffective in drawing up the steam. Noisy and does not do the job. I suspect maybe the cheaper model has been fitted but cant see the Serial/model number as this must be on the panel not accessible when fitted. No carbon filters were included although description says they are. (Had to order and pay another $56.00). I have read other reviews and all say that the carbon filters are missing. Fischer and Paykel should alter their description ... false advertising. Will be taking my complaints to The Good Guys but don't expect I will get any satisfaction.

I have been using this for regular cooking (spaghetti etc.) as well as frypan and wok work.

It does work quite well, it is however still very noisy, I tried to research low noise varieties when purchasing and this one apparently had the lowest Db values of all options I had.

I have also noticed one of the underside panels it s aslightly different white to the rest of the rangehood.
