DON'T EVER BUY THIS MACHINE
This washing machine is a complete dud. Will not go past 8 minutes to go and then 3 minutes to go, no matter which cycle you use. So a 30 minute cycle takes up to an hour and that is with me constantly readjusting the clothes and even having to wring out the sheets and towels by hand. Technician came out and said I use to much detergent and they are just too smart these days !!. Changed to liquid and no improvement what so ever. It is very frustrating to say the least.

Worst Washing Machine Ever
Needless to say I would never buy another F & P Quicksmart washing machine. First of all the actual load capacity is much less than a conventional top loader machine. We chose a larger capacity (from 6kg to 7.5kg) thinking it would be of benefit only to find that the load has to be much smaller than what I could fit in my old 6kg machine. The other very disappointing factor is that fabric softener can't be used unless warm or hot water cycles are used. I never have and never will wash in warm or hot water and hate the way my clothes (and especi...Read more
ally towels) come out feeling like cardboard. Just another small thing is that the laundry liquid actually leaks out - down the front of the washing machine and onto the floor. A big thumbs down all round for this machine - very disappointing.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
How to shrink your best woollens
This washer works very well - last 2 front loaders were the same manufacturer.
However as winter was starting when I bought it I decided to wash all our woollens as I have done in all previous machines and as this machine setting has a delicate but not wool (something I did not realise at the time of purchase) I set it carefully to make sure all was OK and ended up after 2 loads realizing that I had effectively ruined conservatively about $500 + worth of jumpers - some matted and all shrunk. This is poor form as this company has produced machines that I have used for years that have NEVER done this. Be warned. Dryclean or hand wash your woollens - I am too scared to wash delicate items.

Hate it!
No wool wash cycle. The manual says use delicate cycle. Even though I select cold wash it has done a hot wash several times now and ruined several jumpers. The latest being a $375 Vicktor and Rolf one of my daughters. I was beginning to question my sanity, sure I had selected cold yet the jumpers came out shrunk and matted. The last time I kept checking it was on cold and low spin speed and it still did the same thing. The jumper was VERY HOT when it came out of a cold wash. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I have always washed my jumpers on a wool wash on cold. My old Simpson top loader (completely manual) was much more reliable and did a cold wash every time correctly. Very disappointed!

I dread washing sheets
We have had this machine a year now and I dread the weekly chore of washing sheets. The machine has a self balancing function but that means when washing sheets it will take hours to "balance" before moving on to the next cycle. When I do something heavy like sheets, I have to constantly keep an eye on the machine and manually stop it, pull all the items out and untangle the sheets and duvets, restart it so it can then balance. For example, a single duvet, sheet, 2 pillow cases, 3 small towels and a couple pairs of swimmers has just taken 2 hours to wash and 3 manual detangles to get it to finish the express wash cycle that should take less than an hour. Very disappointed and will not purchase F&P products again.

Best Washing Machine I have ever used
I purchased a month ago, and it has proven to be the best machine.
On sheets and towels it really spins them dry.
The electronic display with wash times, and ability to be flexible with spin and temperature is a bonus.
It is also the quietest machine ever!
I would highly recommend this machine.

Great!
Been using for a little more than a month, and loving it so far! It is quiet, spacious so i could wash bug load in one go, and even better, it looks stylish too! The quick wash 30mins is always helpful when i need to wash few stained clothes thay i need to quickly wash before it's too difficult to remove the stain (of course i use vanish too). Love the keylock protection too, so my kid who loves touching the buttons couldn't change any setting when it's running.

Best washer I've ever owned.
Love this machine. Super Quiet, cleans clothes perfectly. The 30 minute wash cycle is sufficient to clean the grubbiest clothes, and only ever use cold water. Very sturdy door handle - others I looked at were flimsy. Best machine I've ever had. Highly recommended. So glad I switched to a front loader after my daughter trying to convince me for years!

Satisfied customer
I was looking for a quiet machine to replace my old front loader and this has certainly met my wishes. Love the 30 minute wash cycle. Very easy to use, clothes come out super spun so less time on the clothesline. A large load of towels did not make the machine dance across the floor. Highly recommended

LED indicators working partially only, say in cycle knob.. 2 modes only where the light can turn on, only 2 on wash temp button and 1 in spin speed button . Machine seems to be working OK but only you have to guess what function you are in. Any idea how to put all the LED indicator lights work again?

My WH7560J2 was giving the error code 37, checked pump/filter and filter and cleared. Now when turned on, the control panel will not allow the washer selector to move from the cottons wash, and only makes a beeping sound when the selector is turned. Additionally, when a button is pressed, the only thing that happens is three quick beeps, with no change to the selection. Any help?
