I have owned several Dish Drawers now - put them in several properties including work venues and have never had any problems with them. I love their ergonomics - it is so much easier than a front loader and takes up much less space. You don't use them / load them the same way as a front loader so there is a very small learning curve (so guests don't load it) but I find them fantastic.

I know people who bought a very early model and had problems with the seals - but I repeat, I have never had ANY problems with them.

My F&P dishdrawer is 2 1/2 years old. It cleans really well - I have swapped out of Finish and only use the Morning Fresh gel or Liquid caps and am really pleased with the results. I highly recommend you swap out if you're still using Finish. If you decide to give the gel a try be careful to only 1/2 fill the detergent container otherwise it won't wash properly. My F&P dishdraw broke down after 3 years - repairer said $950 to fix - too expensive to fix AND it cost $94 just to tell me that quote, and he did not bother with a written quote either, even though I asked for one several times PLUS he kept unit. – “Northapp Appliance Repairs Tamworth” (it most likely just needed a new Rotor, the dishonesty amongst business is absolutely disgraceful)
