    Perfect dishwasher for 2 people

    published

I absolutely love this dishwasher. Its so quiet that I can't tell that it is on unti I place my ear against the door! And it cleans dishes so well to. The single drawer is just the perfect size for my husband and I. At last we can wash dishes each night rather than having to wait a few days for a full load (yuck!!)

Very happy with my choice, single tall dishwasher

    published

I live alone in average size unit. Chose the single drawer deep F&P Dishwasher and am very happy with it. I had it integrated so sits nicely under the bench behind the cupboard door. I have been using the dishwasher for about 3 months. It is super quiet, can't always tell if it is finished it is so quiet. I do a quick rinse prior to putting dishes in dw but have tried not rinsing and the result is the same. No water stains or dirt on dishes at finish of wash. Would fully recommend the model of Fisher & Paykel dishwasher I chose.

New home and no instructions, how can
you tell when a cycle has finished?

If you find the door is hard to open, the cycle is still going. Don't force it open. When it's finished, the door is pretty easy to open. You can also listen for noise :) (That's what I do sometimes, I put my ear against the door ha ha, towards the end of the cycle it's quite quiet)

It is very difficult to make an accurate diagnosis of the specific cause without the benefit of inspecting your appliance.

If you would like to arrange a technician to attend to your Dishdrawer, you can call our 24-hour Customer Care Centre on 1300 650 590 and a Customer Representative will assist you with service in your area.

Alternatively, you can search for service in your area by using our online locator at the following link: http://www.fisherpaykel.com/au/support/service-appliances#request-a-service

If there is a Fisher & Paykel technician in your area, a form will be generated which you can complete to submit a service request using our online booking facility. Otherwise, the locator will provide you with the contact details for the Authorised Service Centre(s) near your area.

What happens if someone opens the washer drawer during the cycle? Will it damage it? Had it happen today - it seems ok but just want to be sure

    Hi,

It wont damage it as far as i can see, i have had mine forced open by my son who is 12
"It wouldnt open so i pulled it harder" haha
No signs of damage to mine. I would say just to make sure it dosnt happen again and pause the cycle before openig
