Cant tell if it's working or not? Makes no noise except a fee beeps at the start when I close the door (which seems right) but then after a while I hear 3 short beeps and one long beep. Then that repeats. No idea what's happening, help?

New home and no instructions, how can
you tell when a cycle has finished?
1 answer
If you find the door is hard to open, the cycle is still going. Don't force it open. When it's finished, the door is pretty easy to open. You can also listen for noise :) (That's what I do sometimes, I put my ear against the door ha ha, towards the end of the cycle it's quite quiet)

My machine keeps switching itself on and I can’t turn it off; the lights are flashing and when I close the door it starts the cycle. 3 short beeps then a long 4th one.

My tall single DishDrawer does not appear to have legs supplied in the package but has the leg mountings underneath
1 answer
Hi Bob K,
I don't think you are missing anything. The double drawers sit on the floor and are fixed to the cabinet sides and have feet. The single tall drawer just fixes to the sides of the cabinet.
I suspect that the bottom of the metal shell is the same for both models.
A copy of the installation instructions is at

Hope this helps.

What is the difference please between these 2 all dishdrawer models: DD60SCTX9 and DD60SDFTX9? The latter model is a little more expensive than the former. I am wondering how to chose between them. Thank you.

Where can I see a single drawer model instore (near Capalaba)?
1 answer
Internally the single drawer is exactly the same as the double drawer.
Even in the double the drawers are exactly the same - when ordering a tub, rack, motor etc the top and bottom have the same part number.
it's in a cabinet that just fits one drawer and has no feet because it slides into a shelf.

It is very difficult to make an accurate diagnosis of the specific cause without the benefit of inspecting your appliance.
If you would like to arrange a technician to attend to your Dishdrawer, you can call our 24-hour Customer Care Centre on 1300 650 590 and a Customer Representative will assist you with service in your area.
Alternatively, you can search for service in your area by using our online locator at the following link: http://www.fisherpaykel.com/au/support/service-appliances#request-a-service
If there is a Fisher & Paykel technician in your area, a form will be generated which you can complete to submit a service request using our online booking facility. Otherwise, the locator will provide you with the contact details for the Authorised Service Centre(s) near your area.
