Fisher Paykel washer have one very common error code. This error code is 37. The display lights on fisher paykel washer will illuminate, each one represent a different numerical value. Fisher Paykel uses an auxiliary drain pump to pump the washer water out. Often times debris will become lodged inside the drain pump causing the error code 37.

Most times you can fix your fisher paykel washer error code 7 without parts. Start by tipping the washer back, the drain motor is in the front right corner. Remove the wires to pump and depress the tab on the side of the pump. Once the drain pump is twisted pasted the lock position it will drop down. Note when the pump is removed all water inside the washer will come out. Bail as much water as possible before drain pump removal, a pile of towels may also be handy. When the impeller on the drain pump doesn’t move the control senses this and will give the error code. Often times a small sock or undergarments will make it past the inner tub and down to the pump. Finding clothes stuck in the pump would indicate either overloading or not using a garment bag.

I have a fisher Paykel intuitive ecosmart giving error code 37. The machine pumps most of the water out and says it is in spin cycle but it never spins. can hear it tying to slowly start to spin and eventually gives the fault code 37, also has an electrical burning smell. I think from the main motor. I removed the pump, found a couple of small bobby pins. Cleaned and re-installed butstill the same problem.

We are having the same problem with our washing machine, did you fix your machine and what was the cost?

Electronic part 224 was installed (waited a week for a part), all checked by service person but when washer was turned on electronics blew up with a bang.
Machine was 5years and 5months old. Needless to say I have to buy new washing machine but it won't be Fisher & Paykel as my previous one lasted also only just over warranty period.

Yes that happened to us. I booked an appointment online for a technician from F&P. He came and replaced the whole screen unit at no cost as it was just after the 2 year warranty period. It works fine now....fingers crossed. I was a bit disappointed with the brand though.... But happy it could be fixed and didn't have to buy a new one.

Haven't had that problem yet, tangled sheets and lint driving me mad tho. If you take agitator out l have scum that l have scrubbed with a brush numerous times, l am now disolving washing powder before adding clothes and using very little conditioner with towels still scummy build up grrr.

OK well my machine is in the front of an extension of a garage.
it is also in front of a new Mercedes Benz in this garage.
I could not risk it jumping around so the problem will be that you have not leveled the feet on your machine.
They are all adjustable and I could not risk my my machine moving with a car worth 60k near the washing machine.
You need to adjust the feet -even get a spirit level cheap to buy.
Front loaders are even worse -all machines need feet leveling to assure they do not jump about.
My machine on Hi speed does not move at all.
Can also be you are washing large items on hi spin-but I wash blankets and it still does not move.
If you cannot do this contact Fisher +Paykel.
Your feet are not level hope this helps
