I'm having trouble with my machine it keeps getting E707 code I have turned it off had the feet rebalanced and it continues to not spin and beeps, any help?
Loreenasked
Hi
We are having an odd problem with our f&p washsmart WH7560P2:
Any cycle we select seems to wash fine except when it finishes it restarts the cycle all over again without us doing anything. So if we are not quick enough to open the door and turn off the washing machine once it finished one cycle it would just over and over again run this cycle continuously. Can this problem be fixed? We already did a factory reset.
3 answers
I am not sure but maybe turn it off at the switch
The whole cycle restarts or just the rinse, spin cycle.
If suspension is faulty it will try and re-distribute the clothes and spin again.
Having the dame problem... did you find a fix?

Hi, my WH7560P2 has just been installed and whenever I press the start/pause button it makes a strong "knock" like sound, is this normal?
2 answers
Did you find out what the sound is? We just had ours installed and it does the same. It’s also got a rattle on the left and massive intermittent vibrating despite the machine being 100% level.
Isn’t that just the door locking?

The washing machine cannot drain the water fast enough so it thinks the filter at front bottom RH corner is blocked.
How fast does the water drain?
Remove the filter, be aware of any residual water in base of machine, and check drain hose is not blocked by blowing back into machine.
A kink in drain hose, coins in tube from tub to drain pump, a hair pin, shirt collar cleat, hair band, caught in the impeller etc can prevent water from draining.
All of these are user faults, not machine faults, and are billable.
Delay in service is because customers no longer look after their machine, read the manual, or use common sense and then get upset when it stops, then they get upset when the fault was from their lack of care and is billable.
Over 80% of warranty repairs are user faults, and billable.

I cannot open the door. Power is on, start/ pause flashing. Haven't used it for a few weeks so empty etc Any help?
2 answers
Turn off and unplug and then Try draining from hose in the bottom.
Turn back on and if it still doesn’t help, contact Fisher&Paykel
My answer is the same pas parko-jose.
Turn off and unplug. Wait 5 minutes. turn back on. Don't force door, lift up slightly.
If this does not work, contact Supplier or Fisher & Paykel.
My biggest frustration with front loading machines has always been the door. My daughter has demolished 3.machines but they do save water and do not wrinkle the sheets as much as a top loader. (still my preference).

My machine is new installed today. I only have the cold water attached because the hole in the cupboard wall separating the machine from under the sink is too small for hot and cold tubes. During wash cycle or any cycle including spin it comes up with CLR FLTR! So annoying there's nothing in the filter!! I'm thinking there's a sticker or something in there I haven't removed? I've booked the service guy but that's not til next week so I've got laundry piling up everywhere!! Anyone had this issue resolved quickly? I'm desperate. It's got to be something simple. Thanks

Had my F & P model WH7560P2 for 2 days. The 30 minute cycle took 53 mins in total to complete. Is this normal ? I selected the 1400 spin speed & cold water option. 8 mins remaining on clock but spinning kept stopping & starting and seemed quite shudders & noisy compared with rest of cycle. Then took much longer than the 8 mins. To get to the end.

If you change the settings for temp and speed etc the machine adjusts the wash time to suit your changes. The only time I have ever had my machine do what you are describing was when I have massively overfilled it and the load has become unbalanced, it kind of just rocks itself back and forth and around and then does it the opposite way until it eventually adjusts and rebalances the load and then once it has it continues on with its cycle and the timer resumes the countdown.
I am using cold water and the machine (less than 1 month old) has been stuck on 8 minutes to go for at least 20 minutes. Also, I can't see any water in the machine in the wash cycle. I can hear water going in, but it's just enough to wet the clothes. Is that normal? Should I be able to see water in the machine. The clothes certainly are not rinsing well in so little water. The final rinse and spin water has lots of detergent in it even though I am using less than half the required amount of a quality detergent that I have used for years.
This is the most dreadful machine. Apparently, according to the saleswoman, clothes are supposed to be washed and rinsed by using almost no water and tumbling them through air!!!! There is absolutely no water to be seen in the machine - just enough water to make clothes wet. Towels are stiff and scratchy, even when fabric softener is used, because they are not rinsed properly. The rinse and final spin water is full of detergent- surprise, surprise, because the clothes are not rinsed. The 'grey' water cannot be used on the garden because its FULL of detergent - no good for water recycling in drought-ravaged areas. Tried to return it and get a refund - no luck on a refund. Had to buy top loader at full price!! Disgusting service, disgusting machine. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!!!

My 7.5 kg front loader smart wash keeps getting a no tap error when it reaches the rinse cycle. Only started about a week ago. I have had the machine for about six months and have only the cold tap connected. I press the pause/start button and it finish the wash. Should I ring fisher and paykel. Tap is working fine.

I put on an everyday load but it went for 1 hour and 15 minutes instead of the usual 59 minutes - what would be causing this?
1 answer
Possibly an unbalanced load. The machine will fiddle around trying to redistribute the load if it senses it's not balanced when commencing a spin, and this adds to the cycle time.
Another (albeit much less likely) possibility is if your water pressure has dropped significantly for some reason, which would cause the machine to take longer to fill.

Hi there. I have a new machine only a mth or so old and have the same error. What did you end up doing? Love to hear back from you as this is so annoying i cant get my washing out of the machine. Thx tash
I ended up disconnecting it and draining it out. Just moved it out side and undid the filter drain hole in the bottom right hand corner. There was part of a draw string caught in there. Got that out and has worked fine ever since. Hope that helps

On the Everyday setting with Rinse + and it seems to be spinning with 29 mins to go. Does it spin before doing an additional rinse and then spin again at the end? Just seemed strange it was spinning mid cycle.

Rudi K.Fisher & Paykel
If Rinse+ is selected the load undergoes a second rinse and spin.

HELP ! Please tell me what to do. I have not been able to UNLOCK the washer after accidentally pressing the Keylock & the machine stays stuck on the central control (Cotton) but it will not start to operate. Thanks
1 answer
Rudi K.Fisher & Paykel
Keylock
This option enables you to deactivate the buttons on the display panel, except for the POWER
and KEYLOCK buttons. This prevents accidental button presses.
To turn Keylock mode ON or OFF, when the washer is powered on:
■■ Touch and hold the KEYLOCK button for 2 seconds.
Note: when activated, the light above the KEYLOCK button is illuminated.
If Keylock mode is activated and the machine is powered off:
■■ To turn your washer on, press the POWER button, then touch and hold the KEYLOCK button for
two seconds. Select your wash cycle, options and then START / PAUSE to start the cycle.

Can you tell me does the machine have to almost drain before you can add an garment to the wash?

Rudi K.Fisher & Paykel
Your washer will drain the water to a lower level if necessary so the door can be safely opened.
