Customer Service Was Poor
I went to a Fitness Choice store as I was looking for a few dumbbells and weight plates and their website stated they had them. Upon arrival at the store I was disappointed to find they had very little stock, but that wasn't a problem, they said they would get more in in the next couple of days so I said I'd call and then come back in. I purchased the only item on my list that they had on that trip and intended to come back for more.

I called the next day and was now told they weren't going to have what I wanted in store, but it was at the warehouse so he would order it for me and he would call me the next day so I could come in and pick it up. He also told me 'oh we don't do weights in 0.5kg increments so you'll have to either get a 7kg or an 8kg' which is not what it says on their website. I just told him to order the 8kg. The next day nobody called me. I called them and left a message but nobody got back to me that day, or the next, or the next. To be honest I'm still waiting for the call and it has now been two weeks. I gave them my number twice so it's not like they can't contact me. I decided I couldn't be bothered with them anymore so I ordered stock online from a different company which had cheaper items anyway. I'm sure they are a great little shop if you buy online from them but as for the staff in the store.....well let's just say I wasn't impressed.

Satisfaction A!!
These guys were terrific! Honest, easy transaction. They helped me find exactly what I needed, delivered and installed within days of purchase. Excellent customer service, would recommend all the way! The equipment I bought is top quality and at a very competitive price. Wouldnt go anywhere else when its time for more gear.

Worst Customer Service
I brought a bench press from this company and they did not deliver it.When I called them to find out the situation of the delivery they told me it was sent with Allied Express and I should of received it by now. When asked for proof of delivery, they told me to call Allied Express to which I did and they told me they could not assist me and they could only assist Fitness Choice. I called Fitness choice to inform them about this update and they were being rude and unhelpful. End Result, argument with the staff and no refund, apology or no bench press being received. Worst company I have ever dealt with by far!!!!!!

Great customer service, and follow up. Quality products
I went to buy a treadmill I saw online that day, but they didn't have the item in the store.
They offer me a free delivery for the inconvenience, and I ordered it. They were awesome in service, they took the treadmill to my house and they explained me everything about it.
I really appreciate their time and effort.
Now I have my own treadmill and I'm exercising every day.
Great deals, fantastic customer service
They don't have all items in their shop
