I found that the coconut and vanilla was a perfect Blend and would love it to stay on the shelf and in all stores at Woolworths having problems getting more stock at the moment but really love the smell and easy to use and it keep me relaxed and less stressed. The smell lingers on your clothes when you wear it it makes you have a beautiful day with everything that’s going on.
Purchased in at eBay.
Towels and bed linen ruined. Stained my things with big orange patches like bleach. Absolutely guttered.
Fluffy fabric softener only use it if you don’t care about your things getting bleached. Leaves big orange stains on my towels, bed linen etc from using the coconut and vanilla range. Also the summer breeze.
Purchased in at Woolworths for $3.99.

Fluffy fabric softner gets gluey and thick in the bottle and looses it's smell after awhile. i had to throw almost the whole bottle because it does not dissolve and stains the cloths. Never buying fluffy again.

We use Fluffy concentrate vanilla and coconut liquid. Using this in our front loader, we have never had any problems. After using this product our washing is always soft and smells great. Fabric softeners are expensive, but this one is definitely worth it. (I do stock up when on special though
Where this fabric softener has touched my clothing and towels in tje washing machine it has RUINED them all by blwaching huge bright orange stains onto everything. Its NOT anything else I'm using, its the fabric softener. Called the company and they basically laughed at me. Furious.
I have used the same fluffy bottle for my concentrate for 22 years
I have been filling my original 1993 fluffy bottle with concentrate and love it! The original smell was rose. I have moved home and brought my fluffy bottle with me, I feel that using the concentrate I am saving landfill. I am doing my bit for the environment and I have fluffy towels!! I think we should all think about the environment a little more. Fluffy is a great fabric softener for the price!

After trying to work out why my clothes and bed linen were coming out with stains that they didn't have when they went in, I've finally narrowed it down to the Fluffy I started using a few months ago. After ruining a brand new bed linen set and multiple items of brand new clothing, I couldn't be more angry with this product and this brand. Do not purchase any product by this company.
The fact it ruined hundred of $ of clothing and bed linen by leaving them with stains

I've been using the yellow regular fabric softener for 8 months and I'm very happy with it. The smell is very good and my clothes come out of the machine smelling wonderful. I also like the texture of the softener. It never spills out of the bottle. I fully recommend this product.

When using fluffy my white and pale coloured clothing has unexplained dark stains on them. I have no idea how to get rid of them and it has ruined several items of clothing and lbed linen. I have even tried soaking the items in bleach to remove the stains and even this doesn't work. Do not use this product.
It Ruines my clothes and my brand new 1000 threadcount bed lined
Absolutely Terrible. Ruined my all of my brand new white towels and dressing gown. I put a normal white wash on and my washing came out with more stains than it when in with! My washing machine is brand new and unfortunately so were my clothes. Totally disgusted with this product.
Ruined my washing. Left stains all over my whites. NEVER will use again!
This is happening to me...all over my Brand new 1000 thread count sheets and duvet cover - NOT IMPRESSED

Whenever I use fabric softener, I have been diluting because I always have my doubts whether it really works or not. I have used it undiluted, but I didnt notice my towels any softer, so maybe I am doing something wrong. I have stopped using fabric softeners at the moment because they are expensive and I havent seen any change in the results. I used to buy the lavender one, which was another problem, because I didnt know which fragrance to try. I think I will check these out again soon.
I used this one because it was on sale and the cute adorable little duckling on the label made me think of nice soft fluffy towels!
It is very expensive, so much that I dont buy it regularly anymore.

I love Fluffy but the new Ultra Bottles are awful, you spill most of it when you open new bottle!!!
The product is great but the new ultra bottles are top heavy and you spill/waste a lot of the product whilst using it. Won't be buying the product again till the bottles are designed better and are user friendly

Why would you stop making the green apple fluffy fabric softener it was the best smelling fragrance so you stop producing it, can’t understand that. The rest of your fragrances smell like my dogs poo. I think whoever makes the decisions in your company needs to be sacked
i would like to know why fluffy is so diluted not impressed didnt soften my clothes at all after talking with other people they had same reaction it was just like pouring neat water to me it was lightly perfumed water?

We all like different Fragrances and I also like The Aroma collection Relaxing wild lavender that makes 2 litres and it’s also made in Australia
