Ordered from Fourbody once with no issues, upon my second order they never sent the goods. The online tracking just stated 'pick' and I was never informed the item was dispatched. I emailed them, raised an online resolution (through their own website) and phoned, nobody ever replied. Luckily I paid on my credit card and my bank have taken action to recover my money. Only after receiving contact from my bank that they have got Fourbody to issue a refund have they now acknowledged any of my attempts to contact them. Fourbody haven't mentioned hearing from my bank but have apologised and refunded my money. Read into that what you will, I will not be using them again and wish I'd seen all the bad reviews on here first before ordering!

Will not answer phone or return emails. Have not sent out order that was paid for. I wish I had of seen these reviews prior to ordering. Do not order from fourbody.com.au

Ordered products, no delivery do not answer phones or respond to emails. Just a total scam. Will report to fair trading but doubt they will be able to do anything especially after seeing how many people have been ripped off by this company.

Ordered product, money taken no traking, never arrived, cant be contacted, I live 40 mins from where they claimed to be operating from so I paid them a visit and of course old derelict building and I was told by those in surrounding buildings it had been like that for years. Note to self read reviews before dealing with new businesses.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered. I received an email confirming my order but then no tracking or confirmation of dispatch, phones aren't answered. I managed to leave a message once, otherwise they ring out or hang up. It's been a month since I ordered and I am out of pocket with no product. I encourage everyone to complain to the ACCC and Consumer Affairs Victoria - this website should not be allowed to continue.

Paid for liquid echinacea, website states no tracking available, phone rings out, emails not responding, thankfully I paid with PayPal who promptly investigated and returned my payment, stay away from this mob.

Purchased item - never arrived. Phone number diverts and drops out. No reply to email. I believe I have been scammed and have written off monies. I recommend to all to never buy from them.

Ordered on 27th November 2018, my order didn't arrive.
I contacted 2 weeks later and got a reply asking me if i wanted a substitute order, which i agreed on, but that has never arrived.
Asked for a refund and no more contact from them!
Phone number gets diverted several times then cut off and now e-mails are bouncing back.

Paid money for the products which are never delivered. Can't contact by phone. Never reply email. They have contacted me after 7 weeks to offer delivering the product but I requested the refund. They refunded the full amount after two days.

Placed ordered, product was in stock but has not been delivered. Can't contact them, now trying to get a refund through PayPal. My advice AVOID.

I had some contact with them, they have had some problems with staff and communication and orders being delayed. The product I ordered was in stock on the website but they didn't have any left and the warehouse stock level hadn't updated the website. Refunded me no problem, albeit a little late.

I purchased 3 packs of nutrition powdered paid by my credit card. The payment was got through straight away but no delivery information for 3 weeks. And no response from the four Body and the phone number was even invalid. Obviously, it is scam. Please never never ever pay your money on www.fourbody.com.au.

Horrible. No one replied my email. Never received my order. No refund. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!! Don't buy from them. Such a scam.

Hey Guys, I am telling you that this might be the worst online shopping store in the world. I placed my order then I have been waiting for 3 weeks and no reply from them at all. The status of my order is always 'pick', then there is no way for me to apply for refund!!!!!!! Attention my friends, this website is built by a fraud company!! Anyone please tell me how to report this website to an Australian legal department??!!!!

Placed my multiple order and paid on the spot. Was informed 10 days later that they cancelled my order, no explanation, apology or refund. Gave them a week, then had to ask for refund. Finally they did. In the meantime they had my money for 17 days, I had no product. Never again.
