I used Franklyn Blinds for the first time and I must say they are the best! The quote was done quickly and professionally, the price very competitive. Bernard explained us everything in detail, suggesting good solutions and understanding our demands. We were informed from the first day about the progress of our order. The blinds were ready in time and the installation was a breeze. The result is amazing.

Franklyns did a great job with my aluminium louvres. They matched the colours well with the rest of my house and they tailor fitted the louvres to fit under the window hoods. Each louvre took under an hour to install and the installer cleaned up all the dust. I highly recommend them. :)

We've been wanting these blinds for years. We got 2 quotes for our 3 sun-affected windows and loved the professionalism of Franklyns - and price was comparable. The installer was great, but rushed through the decision on the blinds and the colour is glaringly white. We will have to deal with it, otherwise might take them down and buy curtains.

Finally got my plantation shutters and Crimsafe screens! service was prompt professional and clean, this is our 3rd house with using Franklyn, we are comfortable with the quality and security of this service over and over again.

Brett was our sales/measure guy who was extremely helpful. David was our fit guy who was a great tradesman. We ordered 10 motorised roller blinds, Brett only measured once. 9 of the 10 blinds fitted perfectly. David being a great tradesman made a slight adjustment to the hanging of one blind and all 10 are fitted and work perfectly. I would certainly recommend Franklyn for price and quality. Brett and David were our contact people and great to liaise with.

Had a problem with my crimsafe lock . This lock has a 10 year warranty . I was told it was going to cost me a call out fee of $139.00 . when asked why do i need to pay a call out fee when the warranty of the product is 10 years . That's what it will cost you to have someone come out and look at it I was told. Well I managed to get a new lock and fitted cheaper than your call out fee Franklyn. Try a locksmith for anyone having problems with crimsafe locks as it is cheaper than having someone from Franklyns come out. What a bad taste this has left me. What is a warranty for ? I would not recommend them for doors. When I rang other companies they all said that is appalling to charge that for a call out fee. Biggest rip off ever.

We got 2 aluminum external blinds erected the other day and we are very happy with them. It is amazing how much heat just those 2 blinds can stop from entering our upper level. Before they got all the Western sun and it would feel like an oven. It is awesome how you can open and close them through the winder in the bedrooms. We will definitely be getting our whole upper level done, (few at a time works for our budget). We were very happy from the professional and helpful guy that did the quote, the communication and the installation. We also got 2 windows Crim-safed and that has been great too. Thanks.

We have used Franklyns for Crimsafe screen doors, outdoor blinds and recently the white plantation shutters. They have always provided excellent service and great quality products. We had the shutters fitted to every window in the house (33 windows) and the installation was completed in one day. Prompt, professional and everything left clean and tidy when they left. Best priced quote, super fast service, amazing quality. Blown away by professional and efficient Franklins are! There was a slight issue (my error) and after 1 phone call they came the next working day to fix it. Cannot recommend them enough.
