Could you please tell me why my lemon yogurt cake from your recipes burnt on top and was not cooked . The recipe said 45 mins on 180c.

i cook at 160 deg - 170 deg also takes little longer keep testing as you go
Thank you Wazza I will try at cook it at a lower temperature next time . I had a feeling the temperature might be wrong
