After a number of reviews and discussions they decided that my situation was good enough and any changes will not make significant improvements, so they gave me some recommendations to implement, however, they decided to fully refund the fees I paid.

I also found them knowledgeable and have excellent process in place where the strategy recommended by the adviser I was dealing with got reviewed by a panel of experts, this way they make sure nothing gets missed and the client gains benefit from their services.

I'm happy with how things are going at the moment. Danny & John have been very accommodating & informative, always willing to help & provide support. We have been with them for 12 months so far & enjoying the experience.
